Best location in KC no question. Sky link to attractions and free Link street car to so many fun places. Don't need to leave the hotel. Restaurants, candy shops, gift shops, cofee, ice cream and so much more!

Wonderful experience to stay there for the Hallmark Experience Holiday Event last December. We will stay there again this year for same event. Lobby bar supports the property very well!

A mysterious charge from the Westin for $48.54 appeared on our credit card that was not listed on our invoice (room and parking). We called Westin about the charge and got transferred several times. The person we finally reached was unable to explain the reason for the charge as they said they could not find it in their system.

Fantastic location, great part of town. Safe and clean-perfect for business or for your family. Staff is fantastic! Probably the best hotel gym I've ever been to. The pool is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! I stayed here for three nights and had no issues. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable if you like a plush mattress. There's an overall upmarket feel overall. While I did not dine at the hotel, I did use the pool and fitness center and they were amazing. There was plenty of equipment to choose from and I especially enjoyed the deep pool. As far as location goes it cannot be beat. It's just outside the heart of downtown with a tram stop just outside. The crown center is attached to this hotel which has a shopping mall and a few places to eat. There are also plenty of other nice restaurants within a walking distance. The only thing worth mentioning is that daily housekeeping has to be requested daily otherwise they will not clean your room and nothing was mentioned at check-in. Overall the staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location with an abundance of restaurants and museums within a short distance. The lobby is inviting and a hangout for hotel guests. Nice pool and workout facilities. Risha Brown was our first encounter at check-in and was so delightful. She is comfortable engaging with guests and accommodating to any special requests or issues that may arise during your stay. Very nice stay!

Best hotel in Kansas City! Worth the price. Beautiful atmosphere when you enter the door. Friendly staff. Valet service. Stop looking for hotels and book this one. It is well managed and very clean. It is connected to a ton of restaurants and a mall. What more could you ask for? There is a free shuttle nearby and so much more.

The service was great. The rooms were good.
Note about the pool — I did not consider this pool to be very family friendly. The shallow area for kids is VERY small. The pool then drops off and is over 7 feet deep. There is plenty of seating around the pool, but kids don’t go to the pool to sit. If a kid friendly pool is an important amenity, you may want to look elsewhere.

Rooms have an unusual odor...moldy. Room air conditioning is fleeting and does not provide adequate cooling during sweltering heat when outdoor temps are greater than 90F!!!

Beautiful hotel with lavish rooms, super comfortable beds and outstandlingly accommodating staff. Conveniently located to Crown Center, Union Station and the link. Valet parking was very convenient and responsive.

I have stayed here in the past and agree the pool and fitness center are highlights of the stat. However, travelers do not always have time for such amenities. This stay was particularly disappointing. The lounge was not managed or stocked over a busy weekend and breakfast was suspended, directing guests to dine in the One East Bar and Kitchen. Unfortunately, Saturday, the kitchen was understaffed. Half the taes were empty but there were about 20 guests waiting to be seated. in the dining area there were trays stacked high with dirty dishes. We waited for a table for breakfast that was included in our stay but the wait was so long that after 30 minutes we departed for our plans.
We stayed for 3 nights but our room was not cleaned and the beds were not made once. Cleaning services entered our room and exchanged dirty towels for cleanliness, but nothing else was addressed.
The rooms were loud with partying guests heard late in the hallway.
Overall, this stay was underwhelming.

I've been here for 5 hours and I have called for service 3 times. Toilet wasn't flushing, safe was broken, remote not working. I really expected more from the Sheraton. Ms Cherelle Smith offered zero help.

The hotel was nice and even had an attached mall to it! There were a lot of sky links as well to get you around the immediate area! Its close to Union Station, and the WW1 museum. Definitely would stay there again!
