Soon as I walked in a white lady with a leg tattoo greeted me by saying “can we help you” instead of “how may I help you” rude don’t ever in life greet me like somebody bothering y’all if I could leave no stars I would.

Literally disgusted after the horrible experience I had to deal with at this location with an employee. Not sure if he was a regular employee or manager but you can tell this guys has issues with races such as hispanics and black people. You guys have to train your employee better on giving a better customer service, no one is coming to get free items. Got so disgusted by this ignorant child that I decided to leave the location. I will definitely be contacting someone higher to have a conversation about this, since it seems not to be the first issue someone has had at this location, and I’m guessing it is the same person. We deserve respect and a better customer service employees!

I was just in the Plaza TNF store to purchase my adult son a coat on Christmas Eve. Angie (aka "the coat whisperer") was incredibly helpful - bringing me coats based on what I was looking for and being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about TNF overall! Trey was also very helpful offering to try on multiple coats in different sizes since he is approximately the same size as my son. These two employees went above and beyond and TNF should be thrilled to have such great people working for them.

There is a "person" called Aaron, idk who's him but i guess a "manager" or something like that, he has a real bad attitude, quiet and super bad customer service...i think management needs to do something real fast, the store is super nice, the employees are nice and Friendly too (Brooke and Tyler)Idk if this guy Aaron has some races with Hispanic or black people,but you can see right away that tbh.Again nothing with the store or other employees, it's just this person that needs to be more friendly and has a better CUSTOMER SERVICE because no matter what, we don't go there to PLAZA LOCATION to ask for FREE clothes or items, we PAY/PAID for those and at same time we basically pay them salaries, so we deserve respect and a better customer service employees!!

So sad that "The North Face' has gone down hill over the last few years. I have purchase "The North Face" for at least 15 years.. I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..

This is in a safe and fun place in KC. Lots of shops and parking and restaurants with in walking distance of this shopping area. High-end stores. Good staff at North Face, helpful and professional but not overly friendly.

When you are body shamed because of your size and appearance, you realize how much society will always have impossible standards for women and lack of decency towards other humans. Women should be lifting each other up, not making them feel less than. Guess what? Being rich and skinny doesn’t make you better. You know what else? Shopping in comfy clothes is normal. Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.

Experience left a lot to be desired. Tried to return an item purchased a few days ago and wasn't able to. Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. I'll stick to online ordering going forward.
