I am a truck driver So having accessible parking in the loading area of the strip mall was cool. I walked into the shop and a gentleman greeted me quite quickly and conversed. They have plenty of smoking accessories even pipes. I was there for the cigars. Not the largest humidor but adequately stocked. The cigars were priced at the range of the many shops I have visited. Maybe a little higher. The room appeared neat, products priced, and the correct humidity. It was an enjoyable experience.

This place has it all!!!The smell, the atmosphere, the fun, and they allow you to bring in a beverage of choice to add to the moments!The cigar varieties are overwhelmingly nice, and the show room was a great experience for first time or returning clients to take part in.We were able to ask questions & get answers, plus some great suggestions from the staff. Definitely will be back!

The staff here was amazing. There were lots of cigars and drinks to choose from. When stumped on what to drink, the bartender was on it with great suggestions and small samples of beer. She was patient and willing to help us find that drink to go with the cigar experience. Lots of places to sit. Well ventilated. Great atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

One of the best cigar stores I have ever visited and the microbrewery is excellent. Pig Iron ale has got to be one of my favorite brews. There is live music on the weekends and plenty of TVs to watch any sport or event. One of my favorite places to hang out in KC.

When you want a cigar is KC there is nowhere better than the Outlaw! I always enjoy their humidor selection and the smoking atmosphere is great as well.

They need to seriously clean there ice been or hoses because every time you get an ice water it’s fully of stuff floating in for months now . And If you look under the sing in the mens private bathroom it’s full of mold

Awesome humidor and great selection. Staff was very helpful. Have only had time to smoke one of the dozen I bought and it was perfectly humidified. We'll be back.

This review is for the Overland Park location. This is a fantastic place. Was immediately greeted when I entered and when I told them I was from out of town, made me feel welcome right away. Humidor is well stocked with a nice selection. Atmosphere and accommodation are top notch. Staff introduced me to everything available for my comfort and enjoyment. Very relaxing and inviting feel. Highly recommend.

Outlaw Cigar is fantastic. As a rookie cigar enthusiast they helped me find the cigars I enjoy smoking. They also helped me with questions I had about setting up my first humidor. The customer service is top notch.

Part of the Outlaw cigar lounges in Kansas City... This store is more humidor and assesory / retail based with a very quaint lounge. Humidor is well stocked and meets all price points and bans even for the most demanding conisour. Staff is amazing a true midwest hospitality to your visit .
