Total Wine & More

Liquor Stores, Tobacco Shops
Hours: Total Wine & More in Kansas City is a store with an incredible and huge selection of wine, beer, and spirits, including a large variety for whiskey, bourbon, and Scotch fans. The store is always clean and offers great prices, often better than other outlets. The staff is generally super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with experts and sommeliers who are polite and willing to assist customers in finding products. The business provides free weekly tastings, educational classes, and events. It also offers Same-Day Delivery and Curbside Pickup. While most experiences are pleasant, there have been isolated instances where a staff member was perceived as rude, making a visit feel awkward and unpleasant. Some customers wish for a bigger and more diverse non-alcoholic section, noting the current selection is small. Despite this, the store remains a highly suggested visit for its unreal inventory and overall good customer service.
