We took our time, going back and forth— we were never once rushed. Izabella was super kind to us and other families in store. She’s absolutely fantastic with kids! Kailyn took care of us after we were done and helped us get set up with birth certificates for our new friends. We didn’t catch everyone’s name today, but everyone was so kind. Thanks for helping 2 big kids feel little again!”

“I waited too long to buy one of my kid's Christmas presents, and it was sold out. Searching online for the toy, I found this store that I had never heard of before. However, since they have a physical store, I was confident to buy from them. The toy was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. As I assembled it, I noticed that one of the small pieces was missing. The toy could still mostly function without it, but it was disappointing. I emailed the store and explained exactly what was wrong. They were extremely helpful and were able to send me the missing piece. Great customer service!”
“We found several art sets we bought for our little one. Staff was super nice and store was clean.
I couldn’t help but feel the store isn’t what it once was though. Some empty shelves here and there, and a roped off back area where I suppose activities or something fun used to take place. Maybe it’s just a coincidence that that part is closed off when we go there.”
