“Able to hook me up with a truck no problem. And even kept it 2 extra days with no issue. Wish they had option to include like the first 25 miles ......because at $.89 a mile it really adds up and already 10 miles from my house .....as the other 2 locations could not or would not help me.”

“Penske seems to have very competitive pricing for their trucks. We rented a 16' for our recent move, and it was ready to go when we went to pick it up. When we went to slide the ramp back in after loading, however, it wouldn't latch in all the way - it was slightly bent, and we knew we hadn't damaged it. We ended up securing it with a ratchet strap and all was well. When we returned it the employee just shrugged and said they knew it was like that when we checked it out - yeesh! Kinda wish they'd pointed it out. Otherwise I was happy with the experience. They offered us a credit back for returning the truck early which we gladly took advantage of!”
“If you are ever in the Grandview area of Missouri and need storage or rental trucks THIS is the ONLY U-HAUL facility I recommend ? The ENTIRE staff were professional and compassionate . “I would have given 5 stars but the customer service reps especially the man in the morning was pretty grumpy. The truck was clean and in good condition, but they are REALLY pricey. It cost me $150.00 for the deposit, and it takes a few days to get the refund back even though it was immediately taken out. The customer service reps need to learn how to smile more.”
