I’d give 0 stars if possible!! My husband was speaking to a Cheri G. through the drive thru services and was extremely rude. She did not let my husband speak to explain what he was needing. She continued to cut him off while he was trying to explain and she stopped attending him TWICE because she said she was going to help someone else. We’ve never had an issue with any other representative and if this is the kind of service UMB is okay with than I recommend banking elsewhere!

If I could give a -1000 that wouldn't be negative enough. This is the MOST incompetent group I have EVER had the unfortunate luck to associate with and let me tell you I have had some bad experiences in my 53 years of life but no one and I mean NO ONE has even come close to this. I don't know why this place is still in business must be living on FEDERAL TAX bailouts using the American public to keep making the rich shareholders richer as they screw the people around more and more!

there were tactics from hr and management to try to make me quit once I pointed unethical things were going on here and account holders not being assisted by the bank one lady even harassed and things turned around on me for there purpose system issues

The most horrible bank to deal with in the history of banks. They require an Act of Congress to change your name. God forbid you be a female customer and change names....but not SSN's. Ignorant rules for 2023 and no matter how much documentation you provide they are just STUPID. WOULD NEVER USE and the day after mom passes....they can collapse but my money will be gone.

The place has the tech capability of a floppy disk. Being unable to freeze or close an account within a day and not needing to call it in is a basic thing most other banks have had for years at this point. It's an embarrassment.

8 Days later, no 24-48 hour call back received. Called again. Spent 1 hour 8 mins. on the phone. Waited a Long time for a supervisor. In part of the conversation with Miss Sheri, the supervisor, she mentioned I was on hold for so long while she reviewed with the customer service rep how to look up this info in the future. Seriously? You leave ME on HOLD while you train an employee for Next Time?? Still no resolution.Update - 4 hrs later. I received ALL the points I had due And all the bonus points I had coming. The Ordeal is Over. 15 phone calls, 7 Hrs 11 minutes.

It is a great place to do business with. The people there are always really pleasant. I've never had a bad experience in my fifteen years with them. I've gone to a lot of their branches.

I've had an account with UMB Bank for over 20 years. I reported unauthorized use of my bank card on Dec 13. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to replace the bank card. It's Jan 3rd and still no card. I've been told there is a supply chain issue with bank cards. I have been unable to access my money for 3 weeks now. The rep just told me the card hasn't even been sent yet, but if I want to pay $20 they can put a rush on it and maybe I will get it in 1-2 days. I can still write checks though, and I am going straight to another bank to write a check to open a new account somewhere else. This bank used to be customer friendly and reliable. I have no confidence in UMB Bank anymore.

Lucas Rodriquez seemed to want to help with our home purchase. That was all lies!! while stringing i"us along waiting to qualify through underwriting he just disappeared.
