Lisa Kagy is a wonderful loan officer at United Fidelity. It took her two weeks to get me approved for my beautiful house. One thing I love about United Fidelity Founding is that they make home buying very easy. The communication is great! I was stressed out going through USAA and Veteran United for months. But when Lisa took over, everything was smooth. I will highly recommend anyone, even with a bad credit to go through United Fidelity. Thank you, Lisa for the exceptional customer service.

This is the second angriest I've been in my entire life. JONATHAN DAHL lied to me from the very first phone call to the very last few days that my deal closed. He told me on the very first phone call SPECIFICALLY "We can match or usually beat ANY rate that you find." So for some reason I trusted him for weeks and weeks. Then towards the end JONATHAN DAHL tells me, "What I said was that there was a 90 percent chance that we can match or beat any rate you find." No you f**kin didn't dude. So I came to find out that I was bait and switched and that was the first time I felt like jumping through the phone and doing some serious harm. I HATE being lied to, with a f**kin passion. So of course my payment goes up higher than I thought it would be. THEN after I let that lie go, one day right before the deal is supposed to close, I keep pushing him to send me the final numbers and there's hesitation. You know why? Because the final numbers are about $250 a month HIGHER than I've been quoted the ENTIRE time. The dude intentonally left out a years worth of state or property taxes (I forget which). And he left them out the entire time so it was essentially a lowball and since the deal was so far gone and my wife wanted the house, I had to take it in the tailpipe. I have never wanted to hurt someone so badly. JONATHAN DAHL, you're f**king with peoples lives. You're f**cking with peoples families. It's like if I messed with your daughter somehow. THAT'S what it feels like. Just so you get a clear indication of why I'm furious. Maybe for you it's all about business and getting your deal at any cost. Maybe you don't see the harm you're doing and just some selfish, soulless human being. Just ask yourself this question in the future, Is this review and all the harm you caused, is it worth the deal you made? Stop f**king people Jonathan. I can't freakin believe I trusted you. Feel free to respond any which way. I'm here.

I am absolutely disgusted with the behavior and tactics of Drew. He called me and I informed him that I was unable to speak on the phone due to being at work. He then proceeded to call me over and over at least 11 times back to back to back until I blocked the number. Due to that awful behavior I will not be working with this company. So obnoxious.

Very responsive but played with the numbers and I lost all my seller credits, and still had to come out of pocket about 4k.It was always a rush, it was always I need you to hurry up and sign this document. We didn't know any better. We have never bought a house before, and we thought he was just trying to get us taken care of so that we could close on a specific day. we had no idea how to read any of the documents we were being sent, and he never took any time to explain it and think to us. 100% I would not work with them again

Outstanding service and rates. United Fidelity Funding, Corp was able to offer better rates and higher quality customer service than what I had with Quicken loans and Chase. What I also love is there are no hidden fees. Since then, I purchased and refinanced 5 homes with United Fidelity Funding, Corp. I shop the rates and UFF beats every one every time. Their process is also more efficient and clear than QL and Chase. I work with only 2 individuals vs. several people when I dealt with QL and Chase. The 2 individuals I work with are Kevin and Holly. They are highly knowledgable, communicate clearly, are professional, and go the extra mile to ensure all is going smoothly and accurately. I have a great experience every time and highly recommend them.

John has closed two mortgages for me. He is super knowledgeable and I was very impressed with his follow through and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him and UFF Mortgage to anyone serious about buying or refinancing.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Justin Gandy. Characteristics: unprofessional, unresponsive, unknowledgeable, inaccurate estimates for qualified mortgages. Eventually, he stopped responding, and when I had a perfect home lined up too. If he's an example of the integrity of this business, then I would not recommend this company to anyone especially a first time home buyer who is unfamiliar with the process.

Amir Mouayed 11:19 AM (25 minutes ago) That email is unfortunate.. you are trying to make me look bad and I am ok with it. As for calling an attorney. Please send me your exact information so I can make sure to add your name to the list of creditors on my bankruptcy papers! This email belongs to Amir Mouyed, who used to be a president at Hartfford Financial Services, Inc. and now he operating new business United Fidelity Funding. We are an appraiser and provide an appraisal service to Amir - Hartford. After many years to promise to pay us, it never happens.

Highly recommended! I have purchased 4 homes through United Fidelity Funding (1 in Kansas, 1 in Missouri, and 2 in Michigan) Outstanding service and rates. I evaluated them against Chase Bank, Quicken Loans, and several online lenders. United Fidelity Funding was the best on all fronts including rates, closing cost, communications, and service. The team went over several scenarios (twice due to interest rate changes) to forecast the best mortgage term options, rates, and closing cost during each purchase. Absolutely outstanding!

I can't say enough about the people that work at this company. Jason Larkins went above and beyond any expectation I could've thought of, and I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. I was working with another larger lending company who didn't know the regulations, and who made it clear they were only interested in making money off of me. Jason's knowledge of guidelines and his willingness to answer all of my questions really let me know I made the right decision by switching. Kim Harder was very friendly and professional, and handled everything quickly, making the process go even smoother. There were unavoidable bumps in the road that I know any other lender would have made into massive hassles, and Jason worked everything out to make our experience as quick and painless as possible. The way you feel like you're talking to someone you know on a personal level, without the "reading from a script" feeling you get from bigger corporations is irreplaceable. That alone says a lot about a company. I am so thankful I had this team on my side!

This is an easy review to write! I say I worked with Jason Larkins at UFF but really, he did all of the work. Jason was so easy to talk to and was a great teacher for us as we had not been in this process in almost 20 years. Jason really seemed concerned with making us happy and bent over backwards to do so. Our situation made the process very troublesome but Jason kept us cool and guided us through to closing. To top it all off, Jason was able to beat all of the local (Memphis, TN) lenders who have commercials and claim to have lowest rates! We cannot thank UFF and Jason Larkins enough. I believe that anyone buying or refinancing a home without first calling Jason is making a huge mistake! I was skeptical to use an online lender but Jason and UFF made me a believer!

I am a listing agent, and a buyer presented us with a pre-approval from United Fidelity group. I was promised they could go forward and had no problems closing a USDA loan with my clients home. (the whole reason they chose United Fidelity) I was very skeptical, however after interviewing the gentleman from Lee's Summit on the phone, I let my clients know his claimed experience and promise, so they accepted the offer and we were under contract. In a nutshell, when things were not going right, instead of calling the Buyer's agent, they called ME. They at times even called me, the LISTING agent, before they called their own client, the buyer. They switched the loan to a FHA (bait and switch, I was told they could do a USDA) without telling the Realtors, and then after the closing date came and went, they promised 100% the next extension would be fine. They called the day before closing and then blamed it on their boss that disclosures had not been sent out, so it would be another THREE DAYS. After the third extension, closing day came and everyone signed, HOWEVER, though closing was finished, the underwriters demanded the buyer to get ANOTHER piece of documentation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......it makes Realtors look like terrible gate keepers.

The most pathetic customer service ever. Minimum time to get back to you - THIRTY (30) days. DO NOT EVER consider this company when getting mortgage loan (new or refinance). Save yourself lots of headaches.
