I couldn’t get the label codes to come up in their email for return labels. Instead of helping me, the brown haired lady employee just waited on others and answered the phone around me while I struggled. I left the store with my three packages unreturned. Really embarrassed, she was the first person to make feel like an old, not with it person. Stings! The blonde guy at this location made a mistake the last time I was there. I had two packages and had two codes. He told me they were both on the first QR code. They weren’t. I was out 23 dollars. This office really owes me cash, and my dignity. That’s got to be a better way to do returns, but they don’t offer it at Amazon for my location.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helped me with everything I needed — from shipping a package to printing some last-minute documents. The store was clean, well-organized, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipping and printing needs.

UPS on Antioch is my absolute go to for all my printing and shipping needs. The other day I had an encounter with Holland and I will never return. He has a horrible RUDE attitude and NO desire to help. Every time I go to this store I do the exact same thing. I went Tuesday for the same exact reason and holland made it impossible. I left upset and completely helpless. I have to find somewhere else to spend my money and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Customer service is important but also doing what is advertised. He does not know what he is doing so to make up for it he is rude and unbearable to work with.

Tina helped me today here and I felt like I needed to leave a review. I should have left a review for this UPS location long ago but we all get busy. I have a spectrum return and an Amazon return today and as always this branch was flawless. Tina greeted me the walked in the door as long as the other customer walking in with me. She actually hurried up to finish what she was doing at the counter so that I had no wait at all. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had me in and out of there super quick. This is the only UPS location that I use. I have one right next to my work but this is the one that I will drive to because this crew here never makes mistakes. They have you in and out and they are still friendly. If you're looking for a UPS location, this is definitely the one you should choose. And hopefully you're as lucky as me and you get Tina as your clerk. Still

Once I arrived , I noticed I saw a lot of customers everything was fast and proficient . I was very surprised how two people kept the place going so quickly .

How on earth are you supposed to have things printed for your employees to pick up when you live far away? They don't accept credit cards over the phone. What am I supposed to mail a check in advance? That would take 3 - 5 days to arrive and I need these hand outs today. Not very helpful policies for a small business. The lady who answered the phone was very polite.

Big shout out to the employees at this location after receiving horrible treatment from The UPS Store on Chatham in Parkville I came to this location and was treated with kindness and respect and I appreciate the employees and their hard work
