I would give them a 0 if I could. They lost my package that I paid $42. To have overnight air to Wichita Ks. UPS tells me to call the store to initiate a claim. The store refuses to do so and hangs up on me. I will never use UPS or their store again. The Post Office could have done better for the cost of a stamp

The only reason it's not a one-star review is: they actually took my package. Employee was rude in general to me, then the phone rang & she was QUITE rude to the caller. Seems UPS stores are happy with rude people who think they are operating in the Bronx.

Call before you go to confirm they are actually open. Don’t count on this store being open during their posted hours. This is the third time I’ve been on different days and different times where the store has been closed during their “open hours.“

Idk about all the 1 star reviews. I don't have issues at this location. Honestly, most of the time, they are busy with a line. Give them a few minutes to work the line and a genuine smile, and you might make a grumpy person's day. We all have bad days, and the customers can either make it worse or make it so much better. Thank you, Christina, for making my shipment seamless today with a smile on your face and a great attitude.

The service here is normally very unfriendly, with few exceptions. Today was interesting: I was shipping multiple pre-labeled packages and the representative had to walk 4 feet to a console each time she scanned one of the packages. It looked like a pain. She asked for another associate to assist her and I joked "but it's good exercise". She didn't take it that way, apparently, and divulged in an extremely negative and rude way that she has low blood sugar or something along those lines. TMI. Anyway, I still tried to make light of it by saying "then exercise would be even better". She got further agitated and turned hostile, accusing me of calling her "fat". I didn't even think of her as "fat", but anyway, she became an instant victim for some reason. She said that I could take my packages and leave her store, at which point I was shocked in that she must be the store manager. I asked and she said she was not, but that her manager was right next to us. Christine was, in fact, 2-3 feet away during this whole event. I said that I'd just talk to Christine to sort out the issue. She then continued to scan my shipments and all the while I was feeling apprehensive that they would not be handled correctly. Christine finished with the customer she was working with and turned her attention to me. I am actually unsure as to why after hearing her associate blow up at me in front of many customer that she did not intervene at the time, but maybe she's new to management. I have had pretty good experiences with Christine up until today. To be continued...

The store was very busy-backed up to the door. At the time I went-there was only one employee working. She not only kept calm and was extremely efficient-but she was polite, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and kind even under extreme pressure. What could have been a long wait time and a lot of stress was a short visit, easy and enjoyable.

This is a comically bad business. The employees are grumpy, and for reasons I cannot understand, they make shipping packages more difficult than it should be. Twice they have told me they couldn't ship a package, but then when I go to a different UPS Store they kind of laugh like they know what store I'm talking about and ship the package with no issue. They once told me I HAD to ship from a UPS warehouse that was out of my way. Went to another shipping store and they took my package and gave me a receipt, no problems. If you enjoy the DMV, you'll love this place.
