This is quite literally the slowest bank I have ever been to. I walked in without a soul in sight (an hour before closing). Waiting about 3 mins and then someone came out who who took my deposit, then disappeared for a good 8-10 minutes. While waiting, 4 more people walked in. Each asking if anyone was there. After finally getting my simple deposit completed, I saw 2 people walk out frustrated.

Staff is always nice, but they are always understaffed. There is constantly a long line with only one banker available. I know people often have different working positions, but I find it hard to believe that the 4 managers sitting around doing nothing are unable to go behind the counter to help guests. The only reason I go back is because it's the closest US bank to my house

Very difficult Bank to work with. I'm trying to rollover a IRA and I now live in a state that doesn't have US Bank branches. The personal banker I spoke with first, told me I would have to "come in to the branch office" to sign the paperwork.... I live over 1000 miles away!!! Seriously US Bank, you need to join the 21st Century!

They charge you seven dollars to cash each check even though you're cashing US Bank checks. Lol wut. They also need the check issuer to confirm that they gave you the check before completing the transaction. -_- Service is slow. I should have taken advantage of the free coffee.
