Always good customer service without the sales pitches and hassle. Quick efficient. Other ones i have had problems from my id being not local and giving me the third degree to not having enough cash on hand for me to be able to withdraw my own funds.

Close and within walking distance, weekends are sometimes difficult to retrieve money, ATM near hotels & convention center and used by many visitors, emptying out the machine. Maybe on Friday reloading this ATM with extra funds may help....other wise I love my U.S. bank!

This review is for how the quality assurance department of this branch handled my account. This also serves as a warning to any potential customers seeking to do business with US Bank 1. You closed a longtime good standing account without reason or explanation or notice 2. When called, you refuse to answer any questions regarding the reasons for account closure, your service reps simply repeated they cannot tell me why the account was closed and no one can tell me why the account was closed. This same message was repeated to a branch manager when I went in to get some answers 3. You subsequently wipe all traces of records including past statements and last balance from my online account making it impossible to access any electronic records of any type on my account statements. 4. You then delivered a check of my remaining balance, a significant amount through UPS without requiring a signature of receipt, without a statement balance, without any communication in advance that such delivery was being made, and which was subsequent left in plain sight on my front door leaving it wide open to theft. You dont want my business, thats fine, but your business practice of treating one of your former clients and how you handled the account closure process and the money is nothing short of malpractice. It is hard for me to convince anyone ever to do any business with you ever again

Tellers will admonish you if you're not standing in line properly. Overall USBANK policy prohibits public restroom use.
