Set up an appointment through my banking app to go over loan options and they never called me at the time I had set, I tried to give a grace period and wait a little before reaching out and calling, the first time when I was being connected they hung up on me!! When I finally did get ahold of the person who was assigned to my appointment “Shantell” she tried to blame me for not making the appointment because she said it was in person when it was very much a phone interview that I selected. She then immediately tried to get me to reschedule for later in the day but I set it specifically in the morning because I work in the afternoon and she was asking me to have to compromise my schedule for HER mess up- she had an attitude in her voice and just overall not a pleasant person to speak to at all- like even if my appointment was set to in person and I hadn’t shown up on time you didn’t even call the number I provided in the appointment details to try and reach out to me- I had to do all of that because of your mistake… don’t go here.

Rude and clueless employees. This lady had no clue how to get to the page I was looking for in the banking app, so she started getting an attitude and getting frustrated. I decided to just leave.

Triston as well as the African American ligh completed, natural nappy hair, these two associates speak at you instead of to you and are very condescending! Attitude adjustments as well yhey need to be alerted that they sit and stand on the same level as everyone that come in that branch, whether it be employee , or customer!

3rd time - Shame on meI continue to receive the worst service if I receive any. The only reason we used US Bank was several years ago our son went to college and a US Bank was in the small town so we opened an account too for easy money transfers years ago. Most recently I opened a Money Market acct due to an add that stated a good return but after opening the acct learned you had to deposit over $25k for that return. Then the bank mgr Isabel called and left a welcoming message asking if I had any questions. I immediately called back, she didn't answer, I left a voicemail and 1 week later still never received a call back to address my issue. Doesn't appear she's really concerned about my issue. So, I will be removing my money from that account and no longer using that credit card.

The rudest banker ever seen in my is Allie catallo in US Bank. Also they charged my account $60 per month fee without notifying me. I hope FDIC get into and I will file complaint to authorities how US BANK stealing customer money from their accounts. People please check your account for overcharges?This morning I asked US BANK in Raytown to get cash or cashier check. Bank teller stated we don’t have over $5000 and also there is no manager to get you cashiers check.When most of people find out how much US BANK charging their account they should get together and do class action lawsuits against of them. I have close two of my accounts in US BANK today and I won’t ever go to us bank.On 1/27/2023 I sent an email to reference number 5778.

ATM would not let me deposit cash for the second time in a month. Went to a second location, and the ATM was broken. If you don't want my money, I will be more than happy to use a bank the functions.

Don’t go to this branch! I have 38,000$ available in my account and I was denied a 3k transaction and she wouldn’t give me a reason. I called corporate and they offered me to come back here and they would make her do it but I just chose to go to another local us bank and they did it no problem.

Been banking at this location for at least 10 years, and over the course of years the cust service here has gone down the drain. Will be taking my account elsewhere in the next few weeks.

The GIRL at the drive thru was so rude. I’ve had plenty of checks cashed at other us banks but she refused to cash it here and wouldn’t even give an explanation! She hung up on me when I called and would not let me speak to her manager nor give me someone to talk to higher than the manager. This place is awful and the girl working has an awful attitude and should be FIRED!

No matter what time of the day or during the week, it’s a 10-15 minute wait inside or outside! The employees are slow and not friendly.

I've had problems with this bank for the last two years. Tellers arguing with each other in front of us. Getting different answers to the same questions depending on which person you speak to. I had an appt today to change my last name on my acct. Waited half an hour while they helped everyone else before me. Then when I finally got up to walk out they chose to acknowledge me. Not the banker I had the appt with but the tellers. Ashley. Unprofessional. Who opens at 9 and doesn't have their drawers ready and counted? They had asked me what I was there for and she heard me from the back in her office. I could see her. Not even a hold on just another minute and I'll be with you. And when I stood up to say something she still lignored me. I didn't dress all three of my kids and leave the house for no GD reason. Now get everybody up again dressed and go to a different bank that's further away because I can't stand that disgustng place.
