The mail carrier will not deliver my mail. Because my dog is locked up way in the back yard. Can't come a loose. Then she was in my yard taking pictures instead of delivering the mail. Now for the fourth time in 2 months I'm not receiving my mail. I've been to the post office numerous of times just for them to get smart with me and tell me not to keep coming back. But I'm getting a lawyer so I can better understand why is this happening all of the ladies is rude except the dark skin one with the dreads she's had been the only one to be helpful. But nothing has been done

I tell you what, miss lady with the thick locks that's at the window today is the best mail employee I've ever encountered. I'm having a really bad morning and she was super nice, helping multiple people at once without attitude. She almost made me cry she was so nice. I just wish I looked at her name tag. I was just shocked by her pleasantries. Keep her!!!

Terrible service, I waited for my license and never received it. My car title was supposed to be delivered months ago but never was. Every time I speak with them they say that there is nothing that they can do about it, and they have an awful attitude.

I love that the employees working the front desk have begun to recognize me and will chat and joke with me a bit, even though I almost always show up near closing time at 5 pm. The front desk employees who have helped me over the years are kind, and very honest to me and other customers about what is needed for the employee to help and the correct ways in which things need to be done. I feel like they are all very informative and try to help make each customer's experience as seamless as they can.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Rude, mannerless, borderline psychotic counter workers with the back room employees fighting and cussing each other out so loud it could be heard outside the door. Woman seemed completely inconvenienced for having to do her job. Talking faster than I could understand and when I politely asked her to repeat herself so I could hear her, she got visibly angry and spoke to me like I have no comprehension of the English language, over enunciating every single syllable of every word she spoke to me. Then slammed my receipt down on the desk not even where I could reach it almost yelling here's your receipt. Seriously something needs to happen here. Better or any management, more training. Absolutely makes the whole postal service look bad.

I am just livid right now. I don’t know why this post office has not closed down yet. The worst that I have ever seen. Unprofessional manager and mail carriers. They said on the USPS app that the package was undeliverable and they will deliver it the next day which is today. But now it says that it was delivered yesterday. I did not get my package and I have filed a report. If I don’t get it I will file a police report instead. Never been so irritated in my life by these people. FYI I have another issue. I have been complaining and reporting a particular mail carrier a female who seem to not like her job. She throws our fragile items down and leaves them at the front entrance where someone can steal them. I don’t know how many times that I made a report. But she seems to get worse and worse. She has a bad attitude and I think that I will just have to go over the management’s head because evidently she doesn’t care about anything.

Doors not open at 8:30am QT needs to take over running post office. Post offices would be 24/7 and you would actually get your mail.
Full of thieves they claimed they delivered your package and just steal it themselves
I was sitting at my window no carrier came here but claimed they delivered it
They all need to be fired!!! Lying thieves!!!

I'm so disappointed by the way they turn you away about trivial things! I was told by a woman that is in the front, I would say,works up front? But she is the one who sends everyone away. Like lieing to me and said I had to have a label printed, when it actually could have been scanned like other things I've brought there! But they were a little busy, with very little help! As usual? So I didn't persist! And I almost missed my window for a return on my merchandise! All because some lazy woman didn't want to do her so called job, appropriately!?????
