Price gouging. I can by the oil and filter online for $40. They charged me $120, and I know they get the oil and filter much cheaper than I could.I understand a convenience fee, but $80, is outrageous.Save your money and go to a local shop, Much cheaper. Or even better, figure out how to change it yourself if possible. It will save you 1000s in a lifetime

Came into the one on 23rd street was told that I need a transmission fluid change due to that my transmission fluid was dirty and past due according to the mileage so I decided to take it into the Valvoline closet to me the one on 40 highway to change the transmission fluid since it was over due and dirty and since I was already there get an oil change as well first clue that they didn't know what they was doing is they started the transmission fluid change and oil change without checking if they had the fluid and oil before they started they had oil but not the right transmission fluid so I waited for the store to get the transmission fluid and when they started the transmission fluid change they started with the wrong fluid stoped and restarted with the right fluid it was changed and everything was done in a timely order . I drove home and the next day my transmission blew out because the fluid wasn't properly changed and because it was dirty the mechanic said it wasn't supposed to be changed... I relaid this to the managers and was told that I was told not to get the transmission fluid change but they did it because I asked them to and now I'm getting the ran around. All of the sudden no managers are available but the employee on the phone knows things that only the manager could have told them but there's no managers can someone reach out to me to fix this problem my car was running fine before I got the transmission fluid change.... Worst place to go ruin my car stole my money don't go here they don't know what they're doing and will not own up to their mistakes

After a relatively short wait, we pulled in. After we opened they trunk I enquired about pricing: they wanted much more than I had expected and was given much different information than the dealer had given me about the kind of oil and duration. The dealer had said we could use a synthetic blend and it would last more than half again as long. They claimed (not that I doubt this) that the owner’s manual showed that a full synthetic was required. I had to talk this over with my brother. And after not too long (about five minutes) had figured it out. They had closed the hood in the process. After I had come to a decision after about five minutes, I couldn’t get their attention despite loudly snapping my fingers (my car horn doesn’t work) and had to wait about fifteen or twenty minutes with no way to leave: the doors behind and before were shut—not that they wouldn’t have opened them if asked; but the whole thing was weird and I felt like I was being punished for trying to consider the best options instead of just immediately agreeing to this unexpectedly high price per mile. Finally, after playing an eye-contract game with me of five or more rounds in which one of them would start to look and then look away at the last minute and after both other cars were done; and as I had just decided to leave and was just about to, he—the first fellow—happened to be by me at the cash register and finally allowed me to make eye contract with him and we proceeded. He made me reopen the trunk latch and proceeded. The service was super fast and the fellow was super polite through all verbal interactions. I kept having to ask him to repeat because I couldn’t hear him over my audio presentation, yet he politely repeated every time. I tried to wave bye to another fellow who didn’t respond as we pulled out.

I usually change my own oil but needed to go here instead. It was nice not having to get out of the car. I was hoping they'd go over recommendations with me personally but they just gave me some paperwork and sent me on my way. I'll definitely go back if I need my oil changed and I can't.

Customer service was awesome. Young man very knowledgeable about his service. No pressure after recommendations. Answered all my questions. Most definitely will make this my go to location. Hate I didn't get the young man name.

Joaquin was super professional. His communication style was very friendly and complimentary. I never knew I could feel special getting my oil changed. The entire staff was on their A game. This by far was a great experience.

Great service from Joaquin and the rest of the team. Explained everything and showed me what needed replacement, even fixed my glovebox door.I will definitely return!
