Walgreens Pharmacy at 75th and Wornall provides reliable prescription services and vaccinations. Customers report consistently good experiences, noting the staff is extremely helpful, patient, and kind even when extremely busy. The pharmacists and employees take time to make everyone feel valued and answer questions without making people feel rushed. They are efficient and thoughtful, working very cooperatively. The pharmacy has faced challenges with understaffing and longer fill times, but more recently service has improved quite a bit with shorter lines and sooner refills. The staff goes above and beyond to help, saving customers significant amounts of money by finding discounts and resolving unusual or complicated situations pleasantly. During Covid they were amazing. Customers express gratitude for the high quality customer service and will continue to use this Walgreens because of the pharmacist and her staff.
The young lady at the pharmacy ran my prescriptions through and save me a significant amount of money. I only go to Walgreens for my prescriptions.

Consistently slow and back logged. I heard that they absorbed the patient roll for 2 or 3 other pharmacies. So, even further backed up. No sense of urgency from the staff.

I rarely give five stars, so consider this a strong endorsement. Ive waiting here for an hour in the past, but not today! Today they had one person at the pharmacy checkout and they moved fast. Kudos to Toya for getting it done.
