Awesome experience at the vision center. I was in and out of there for my contacts exam. The doctor is a great guy . listens and doesn't overcomplicate the process like I've experienced other places. I really felt cared for at my appointment . Staff is no bs and I love that! ;)
I think I finally found my favorite vision place. Highly recommend

This place is grossly mismanaged with no working remainder for thier customers or at the very least, a verification system. But hey you can go in and deal with the rudest staff, who will just ignore you, saying there too busy to deal with you. A desperate place for desperate people.

Don't try calling. Simple question that online tells me I have to call led into a 55min hold where they eventually just hungup and now any call leaves to 15min hold than they pick up and hangup.. 2hrs+ before closing still

They are supposed to close at 7pm. I got here before 6pm. The lady who was working was rude. We are closed. When I stated it says you close at 7pm she stated once again we are closed. As you can see I am the only one here and we closed early. When I asked if they would be open tomorrow by the time I got off work I was rudely told we are open from 9am to 7pm but I cannot guarantee we will be open. . I will never come back here again.

Would not recommend Dr Morgan took bout 5 mins to check my eyes even after I told him that my left eye is bugging me he did nothing told me I can leave this Walmart vision center at 40 hwy

A Asian lady told me not to touch the glasses and there is no sign up she is mean and hateful she doesn't need to be in customer service

They knew I didn't have insurance. I asked for cheap glasses. All the lady did was try to upsell me. They wanted almost $600 for a pair of glasses. I took my prescription and left. The actual doctor was very nice though.

The doctor was fantastic and it ends here. The person that was helping with my glasses kept trying to upsell me and when I told here what insurance would cover would be fine. Then it was they won't cover the tax. I left went home and called my insurance and she told me they had never received such a call. She then called Walmart and was told that is the case. She then found me somewhere else I could go.

Got my son in pretty quick. Was only there for an hour. The gentleman that helped us was great. The other lady that was there not so much. She kept trying to get my son to pick a different pair than what he had wanted. She was really rude about it.

The most wonderful experience I have ever had at an eye clinic. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. They give you time to pick out what you want and help you in deciding also! It made my day a better day just being there today! I would give this clinic a 10 stars if They had a 10 Star review. I guarantee you will Love this place like I do!! Will always come here for my eyecare needs. They have a Big variety of glasses to choose from and as well as Big Smiles and Big Hearts!!!!!!!! Thank you Leo, and the rest of the Beautiful Ladies and Doctor!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
