The customer service desk needs more personnel. 1 employee is unacceptable. Perhaps they can start allowing customers to serve themselves in the same manner they are encouraged to do self-checkout.

Not my favorite place to shop, but the pickup option is a good way to get your shopping done

The store is great, the auto dept not. For years I've had to drive over to a farther Walmart for tires, bc this one even after many staffs over many years, always does what they can to get out of doing their job. --like telling me an "easy to fix nail" almost in center of tire, was still too close to sidewall to repair. Drive over to another Walmart, they fix it and tell me this one just didn't wanna do their job. Other walmart auto centers bash this one regularly cos they get their mistreated customers.BUT, I've always bought batteries here anyway, bc I install them myself. BUT I got a defective battery this time. I take it back, the guy puts the load tester on it and says battery is fine. I said "since it's saying 12.5v it means you're not even putting a load on it, if you load it, it'll drop to 5v in 1 second". I also explained I'm ASE certified. He basically said I'm stuck with the battery, and I need to leave bc there's other customers behind me. 2 week old battery and I'm just supposed to buy another one bc theyre too incompetent to test a battery correctly. I go to another Walmart, they test the battery as not just weak but totally dead and defective. If yall can't even hire people that know how to operate a battery load tester then.......

Actually the Target imitation has gotten worse, the whole store is broken up and chaotic. Even the employees don't know where stuff is. This place used to have a purpose now it's just ripping people off...

Definitely don't use text receipt. It's an act of congress to get to the receipt if they stop you at the door.

Busy as usual, sometimes things are out of stock I usually check the app to see if another location has what I need. Definitely like the more self check outs lines, faster unless you need help then a team member is not too far away to help. Still the best, cheapest price.

Was in today with my small child, trying to watch him and do self checkout. I guess I scanned the wrong thing and didn't realize it, because you know, I'm not a trained cashier, but I'm supposed to checkout my own groceries. 2 children, looked barely legal, 1 who had 6 hickeys down his neck stop me and my child in lobby asking for receipts. I show them, he tells me I didn't scan bacon, I said what did I scan, he says lettuce, okay, $4 price difference, let's head in and make it right, he says no he wants to pull me and my son in a small room by the door, I said no. I call my husband for guidance. He says if he has the bacon in his hand, go ahead and leave, I try, and this psycho pushes me and my cart backwards with my child holding onto it. He made it very clear he would fight me over $4, I try to give him cash now, he tells me no. I ended up giving the little boy my ID because holy hell, I'm not going to risk my life over some bacon. Now I'm on their little naughty list over a MISTAKE that amounted to $4. Also, I didn't get another lettuce, so technically Walmart robbed me for $1.75. I will be taking this much higher. Don't make a mistake at Liberty Walmart or all hell breaks loose. Also, I had just left Sam's club spending $200. Didn't manage to steal anything there at the self checkout. Wild. In looking at previous reviews, there was another mother threatened over baby wipes and Rice rusks a year ago. Apparently this is an ongoing problem. I have major PTSD from men, and I was physically controlled by 2 men in your store, as a woman, with no other women in sight. I should have called KCPD myself, since that was the original threat to me, over $4. When my son got home and we were safe he told my husband "that was really scary" but the whole way home he told me how he would have protected me from your associates. This is absolutely disgusting that my child was put in that position at all.

Walmart is experiencing their trials and tribulations. Their pharmacy has lessons to learn about availabilities of OTCs and other items as well as respecting payment rights and shipping fees. Walmarts website for online shopping operates somewhat like a cross between a scam vs. an auction. Their business strategies and tactics both in the stores and online are questionable, if not suspect.I could add photos, however, I'm sure that I would ruffle feathers and bend mgmt out of shape.

They remain trashy, prices aren't really competitive with aldi nor posted clearly below correct products. They don't advertise sales or clearly display marked down prices... every purchase is like playing roulette at the register

Typical department store. Was looking for Wrangler jeans and shirts for a present. They had jeans but limited on shirts.
