Our UMKC student rents an apartment here. We have been very pleased with the response from Management when questions arise. In addition, two of the reasons for choosing this area was the security of the premises and walking location to Old Westport. All interactions have been positive and professional. It gives you peace of mind as a parent when you are 200+ miles away.

This apartment complex is phenomenal! I lived in a 1 br with my girlfriend, and I loved everything about this place. They give you privacy, have all the extra necessities, and ran like a well oiled machine. I enjoyed my time there, and if they had a bigger space for us availible, we would have stayed!

The apartments are in good shape, there’s secure parking, fantastic location, and the management (Steve and John) take care of your concerns. Very happy here.

It's very laid back and for the most part neighbors r respectful. Animal friendly, beautiful apartments, reno'd in old building's, energy efficient windows, stainless steel appliances great management, close to Westport, like less than half a block.

The community here is amazing. Super dog friendly. Maintenance is responsive and available to help. Walk everywhere. Some weekends I don't even get in my car.

Great location, attached dog park, solar panels, & great management. Lived here from 06/2014 - 10/2015, I loved it!!
