Sent my dry cleaning to the wrong place. I had to go buy a new suit to make it to my appt on time. When I picked up my clothes the next day I was told I would be refunded and never received it either.

There was a sign that says we except credit or debit cards and the clerk at the time did not want to help. Last time I came there was a girl, and she was really helpful.

Nice laundry mat like the triple load machines. Clean & neat price was better than I thought it was going to be.

We have been using this company for a month now, and I absolutely love it. I have been happy every single week that they have picked up my laundry and dropped it off two days later. It takes such a weight off my shoulders in this busy life! What amazed me most was that they delivered today even with snow on the roads and below zero temperatures. To be clear, I 100% would’ve been OK if they did not deliver today. But I was absolutely blown away that they did! The drivers are always so kind and efficient!

My dryer broke and was in need of some help. I’m thankful that I found Wish Wash when I did, now my laundry is all caught up. My clothes came back super clean, and folded nice and neat. I’m sold !! ??

Our dryer broke a week before hosting a Halloween party and our laundry got super backed up. Wish wash picked up 4 bags full of laundry and had them washed folded and delivered with a day turn around time. Well worth the $100!

I was working for the IRS. Got very depressed working there. My back hurt, my hip started hurting really bad. I had to quit for surgeries. Had back surgery, now waiting on hip replacement. WishWash helped me so very much, and I'm so very grateful.Next will be a knee replacement. I'm sure I'll be using them then as well.God Bless

Few things do I actually hate more than doing laundry so when my friends got me a gift card to WishWash, I was ECSTATIC. Beyond the fact that the clothes are always perfectly done and folded, back so fast - their customer service has been superb! I always know when to expect them to arrive to pick up and drop off, they've been quick to respond to any questions I've had, etc. I highly recommend!

Update: Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill and as of today, I'm cancelling service with WishWash. Here's a list of issues I've had over the past year of being a customer.1) They sent me a warning about having a razor blade in my laundry (not like a shaving razor, but the kind used for industrial purposes). I literally have never had any of those in my house. So clearly, something is amiss there, because there's just no way that a loose razor blade found its way into my laundry where I sort through and place every individual item into the bag, because I check for stains to pretreat (since WishWash's pretreat & stain removal is not great...see my initial review below). Then I was wondering, HOW DID A RAZOR BLADE FIND ITS WAY INTO MY LAUNDRY once WishWash had it in their possession??2) On two occasions over the summer, I skipped my bi-weekly service due to being out of town. So I should have had some credit on my account since my monthly subscription allows for a total of 60 lbs of laundry and I rarely exceed that. Anyway, in early August, I get charged for overage. I tried calling several times to speak to someone, but it's impossible to get a live person to answer the phone. I left a voice message explaining my concern. No one ever contacted me back.3) I've had items of clothing go missing when my order is returned to me. I reported it, but nothing ever came of it. It appears they must co-mingle customer laundry, because in the order that was returned to me previously, I received a toddler size green dress that does not belong to me. So some family out there is missing an item of their clothing, but guess what, I can't get through to anyone at WishWash to see how to return the item. If I include it in my laundry, they'll just wash it and return it to me while counting it against my monthly subscription pounds. So I donated the dress.4) You're supposed to be able to specify if you want button-down shirts returned on hangers. I wasn't aware of this until recently. I updated my account to the preference of having button-down and collared shirts returned on hangers. This change should have taken effect two deliveries ago. But for my last order and the one received today, I still received collared/button shirts folded in the laundry bag.ORIGINAL REVIEWI used Wish Wash at a super busy time as a form of "self-care". For the same cost as a 30-min massage, I could have a daunting chore removed from my to-do list. The process is super easy. Choose the service you want (one time, bi-weekly, monthly), schedule a pickup time, and place the laundry in a large bag on the front porch by 8am. A driver picks it up and the clothes are returned cleaned and folded or on hangers the next day. I had one small issue where it seemed that they didn't pretreat some of the stains on my 6yo clothes, so I had to pretreat and wash those items again myself. But when I brought it to their attention, they gave me a fair discount on my next order. If you're a busy mom looking for some relief, treat yourself to this service! My only suggestion would be that if you have kiddos whose clothes have lots of stains, you may want to spray on a pretreat yourself before laundry pick up - just to be on the safe side.Service: Delivery

I've been here a few times to use the laundromat portion of the business. It is easy to use. Just be sure to bring cash. They have a change machine there. Also, they sell detergent. I don't think pods are allowed. The times I've been here the staff is helpful but there is a language barrier at times.

I only come here because its close to my home. I tell myself every time I come I won't be back. For about 4 visits I've told the person working about mold in one of the soap dispensers. No one has cleaned it. For real it's and they just don't care. The value is not good. A lot off times the machines don't work. Today one didn't and the boy behind the counter was nice and gave my money back but didn't put a sign up for others not to use. Instead of cleaning the machines he is behind counter playing on his phone. I told him again about the soap dispenser and nothing is done. I come here only because it's close. If it wasn't I wouldn't.

I've never used a service like this before. Omg. It's wonderful. Especially for seniors with medical issues that have a hard time with going up and down stairs, and carrying heavy laundry baskets. And the time it saves you is so great. Plus, my sheets were folded so nicely. And they smell so nice too. Having your laundry done, picked up and delivered, may seem indulgent, but, hey, I'm retired, and I freaking deserve it!!
