“Called Kearney, MO post office 2nd time after I talked to another person yesterday who didn't call me back today. TODAY, spoked to Tracy who is super helpful and customer oriented. The only reason I give this post office a 5 star although this has been my 10+ misdeliveries ever since I moved here. She is one of the best, very quick at taking care of me. Thanks again for personally making the trip out to correct things. Words of advices, I recommend postal office employees be more careful when delivering mail or packages to residents in avoiding too much problems. Please pay attention to street names rather just the number only. Maybe additional trainings would be helpful”
