“Called Kearney, MO post office 2nd time after I talked to another person yesterday who didn't call me back today. TODAY, spoked to Tracy who is super helpful and customer oriented. The only reason I give this post office a 5 star although this has been my 10+ misdeliveries ever since I moved here. She is one of the best, very quick at taking care of me. Thanks again for personally making the trip out to correct things. Words of advices, I recommend postal office employees be more careful when delivering mail or packages to residents in avoiding too much problems. Please pay attention to street names rather just the number only. Maybe additional trainings would be helpful”
“I felt inclined to come on here after witnessing a customer be unnecessarily rude to an employee. The woman was upset because an employee wasn’t helping her fast enough and he explained it was because she was on the phone and not paying attention. She didn’t like that answer and then continued to berate him. The male employee handled the incident way better than I would have and continued to be professional even when it was hard. Everyone in the store witnessed and apologized to the employee for her behavior! Just wanted to set the record straight before she or her husband comes on here playing the victim.”
“Peyton was so lovely. I’ve never been helped to such a degree that she delivered when I went to apply for my passport. She streamlined the experience and sure to answer all of my questions. Definitely the most chipper government employee I’ve worked with in the past year or so. 10/10 experience.”

Arrived the night before,parked on site. Checked in at 7:20am, empty by 8:00 am. Whomever had problems with these guys really needs to check themselves cause everyone was laid back and friendly. I wish every place I delivered to was like this. No Porta potty but no big deal.”
“2-4-24... I don't know the name of this gentleman running the office this evening, but he showed great customer service skills! I wish I had 15 people like him working for me! This wonderful employee was on top of it every second, assisting all other customers with great skills! I wish I would have caught his name, but he is a great office manager!!”
“I had such great service here. Jim did an awesome job with manners and kindness. He was super quick getting our stuff done and sent. Very satisfied with this post office. The only issue, the building messed like hay or an animal farm of dried hay everywhere.”
