“This should have been a horrible review. My reserved truck was not ready and they couldn't find one for me. But DJ and the staff Stayed late and kept calling it eventually. Found me a truck down in Independence. DJ even drove me himself down here to pick it up and stayed until it was ready. Again, this should have been a horrible negative review. But good people and good customer service is rare to find these days. No it wasn't perfect and I wouldn't recommend you and try this again as it's insanely stressful. But I still appreciate what DJ and the staff did to rectify the situation.”

“Uhaul located inside of Ace Hardware. Friendly and helpful staff from registers to the guys in the yard.The gentleman who checked our truck in was beyond helpful and saved us a few bucks as well....The hardware store carries everything you could possibly need including a small Hallmark store. Well worth staying in Kearney to avoid big box stores.....”
