“Five stars for going postal: Over one month ago I moved from San Diego to another city in California. Two weeks before moving, at the local post office (San Diego's Ocean Beach USPS branch)) I handed a postal worker my address change info. I have yet to see one piece of mail forwarded to me. This failure from USPS has resulted in numerous complaints from both business contacts and personal correspondents, and in loss of subscription services (which I included in my forwarding info. Neither the Ocean Beach branch or the main branch of USPS San Diego answers their phone. Amazing what incompetence exists in a US government agency. Or perhaps not so amazing but to be expected. The buck ends with the Postmaster General. Is he/she/they reading Yelp”
“I HAD CALLED AHEAD BECAUSE AT MY SPEECH CLINIC IN JACKSON I WAS OUT OF THE BLACK INK. WHEN I ARRIVED THE CARTRIDGES WERE WAITING AND I WAS CHECKED OUT IN NO TIME AND DROVE BACK TO JACKSON WITH MINIMAL TIME AWAY FROM MY WORK. HER PERSONALITY WAS ALSO GREAT.”

“The people are respectful when I go in (give respect get respect) they have always been helpful to me. I live on a busy highway and packages have been in my box if they do not fit we have left instructions to leave them at my door. The closure at lunch time in often inconvenient.”
