“Ive been banking with Unico since 2006, back when they stayed open til 7pm (which is the reason I opted to bank with Unico) very sufficient up until about 2013, 14 and 15 right about when they started closing at 5pm the tellers' (lobby AND drive-thru) attitude and consideration for customers completely went to hell. They were literally the rudest people I've ever had to deal with, they'd argue with you with no apology when proven wrong and not only would they close early, they have locked the doors 5 minutes early while steadily watching me get outta truck and walk towards them. This is referring to Kennett branch only! But the last couple of years they have really spun back around. It's been at least 5 years of the best services you could possibly expect from a bank, would recommend to anyone!!”
