The tech who serviced my nails was rough on my nails while removing previous jel polish. The liquid she soaked my nails was extremely hot and the drill she used had a burning feeling on my nails. She did a good job of reapplying the jel polish and shaping, filling and polishing the nails thou.

Waited 2 hours for a regular set. Asked for nail art and removal and was told she didn't have time for that. Went in at 2:40 and didn't leave till 5.

I went and got a pedicure here. All I can say is my feet and toes needed much work. I thought they could make them look better but I had no idea how much! They are beautiful. I had the sweetest girl who went above and beyond. Highly recommend

I like the way my nails be done sometimes depends on who does them but the only problem I have and really needs to be better is customer service the nail techs be rude and talk to you like you not an adult I hold my tongue alot to keep the peace but I'm no longer doing so I will say something if it happens again

The guy who done my pedicure was not the friendliest! I also wanted a mani but left with just the pedi bc he told me I was good to go and just seemed to forget I wanted my hands done as well although we had discussed it! That being said my toes look great over a week later!

WORST place I have ever been to. Made my fingers bleed. Half of my nails broke off 5 minutes after leaving and I tried to get a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They were all so RUDE. NEVER go here

Horrible. I went in for dip nails with my friend which you can see in the picture hers turned out decent. The women doing my nails did the power and top coat all out of order and the nails were weak and floppy. My fingers were bleeding and broke off the second I left the store. I walked back in to get a refund I didn't even want to get them removed I was going to do that myself at home. They refused to give me a refund said that is not something they do. I asked repeatedly and respectfully but the women went back to sitting down and started to ignore me.
