“We bought a boat from a dealership in Oklahoma that had closed last summer. We've had difficulty getting all of the docs from the dealer so we could license our new boat with the USCG. We finally got all of the docs we needed last month, contacted USCG, and was ready to get the boat's name installed on our boat. I contacted Lakeside Computer & Signs in Kimberling City. I explained my urgency because we had not been legal for months and needed the name installed within 2 weeks because we had already been warned by TRL's Coast Guard. I first spoke to Jay (the owner) and he explained their process and said they would try to get this completed but this is their busy season. I called back the next day and spoke to James Braica (Project Manager) and gave him the details (name of boat, font request, etc...) and again explained my urgency. He emailed 4 (four) examples of fonts for us to review and after a couple of emails back and forth, we were good to go. Even though they were super busy, he made it out to our boat and installed the boat name the next day! James exhibits top-notch customer service and takes pride in his work. He did an amazing job and IT LOOKS SOOOO GOOD. Purchasing this boat has been an exhausting experience but I can't begin to thank Lakeside Computer & Signs for taking care of us. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for great customer service and quality workmanship.”
