“Rustic Timbers Furniture is THE BEST furniture store in the USA for multiple reasons. First, the Zell family owns and operates this at a standard that I can't even explain. They are beyond accessible, they are attentive -as if you are the only customer they will ever have, they listen, they create your dreams if they don't have it on the showroom floor and best of all: they are with you years after the sale. We had a very unique situation arise on a piece and I just asked for advice on resolving my issue - Mr Bob (although trying to be retired lol) and Bobby weren't content to "fix" it. They went WAY ABOVE what was expected and now I have a dream come true. We've purchased multiple pieces from this family and I can assure you, we will be buying our next piece from this family when the time comes. To further explain their dedication to quality and service, Bobby and his precious little family even made the effort to coordinate a delivery in MISSISSIPPI "on their way" To a much deserved vacation - who does that?!
