The owner of this resort is a child predator.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! BE WARNED ! .Deserves ZERO stars ! Think cheap , CHEAP ! The Kimberling Inn sign was falling apart - that should have been a warning . I used the one week prepaid time share - therefore I stayed . The bed mattresses are soft and not firm - uncomfortable to sleep in . The walls are thin - can hear your neighbor’s conversations. The kitchen is microscopic- Motel rooms converted to small time share unit to accommodate tiny kitchen . Kitchen sink is tiny! There are NO counter tops to prepare food . You have to go all the way to the front desk for coffee, soap and towels . They don’t give you enough towels.. No daily room service at all ! It should be identified as a cheap motel which needs immediate renovations ! The couch is old and needs replacing! Heater not working well . I regret choosing Kimberling Inn but this is the only listed time share close to Branson , Missouri. The only redeeming feature is you can park close to your unit- unless you are assigned upstairs. STAY AWAY ! DON’T STAY at Kimberling Inn.!!!

We are former owner of a week in July. When our daughter married, we deeded our week back. Since 2001 we have always felt at home. We are well aware there are fancier time shares on the Branson strip. I don't believe you can beat this location. I regret to say we can no longer book a rci week here. I hear the resort has been sold. My guess is a huge remodel coming soon. This place will be the hottest thing in town.

Our outdated room from 1980 had disgusting carpeting and sofa upholstery. The cigarette smell was overwhelming, and we used more than half a bottle of Febreze in an effort to kill that smell. The sofa bed was no good to sleep on. With some attention, this place could be great.

My husband and I are first time visitors to this resort. It’s away from the traffic of Branson but close enough to enjoy the attractions. The room is clean and comfy. The texting option to communicate with the front desk is a plus. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. There’s a grocery store a few minutes away which is very convenient. We’ll definitely book this place again.

I’m surprised at the low reviews. We had a wonderful stay! The view was stunning from our room. Everything was in order, room was stocked with towels, dish soap, etc. we had all the dishes we needed in our kitchen so we could cook. It was relaxing and quiet. There’s a pool, mini golf, dock access, game room, tennis, playground, etc. we had a great time! Was the decor in the room dated, yes it was, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and the view was amazing. We would absolutely stay again.

Hill top views of table rock lake spectacular, clean rooms some parts a little worn but they are renovations everywhere with a new building my family spent our time in and around Branson by day and in the pool or gameroom the rest of the time, all the home cooking we desired with the full kitchen and grocery store across the road the view from the restaurant is unmatched I drove away thinking how soon I could come back

The room had a great layout and view but there were many things that needed work. The shower in the master bath wasn't much more than a trickle. The garbage disposal didn't work. Worst of all, the lock was very hard to open to get inside. The lock needs to be replaced.Rooms: There are many little things that need work.

Room was very nice and to be able to have a full size refrigerator and extra seating was nice. Room was updated and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Location from Silver Dollar City and Branson was real nice. Didn't have to deal with as much traffic. And who doesn't like to wake up looking at the lake.

Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling! For starters, when we pulled up it was immediately disappointing. Torn up roads & parking lots, very run down and looked NOTHING like the pictures online. When checking in I asked what was going on with all the construction as I didn’t want to be woken up early by the sounds of heavy machinery. She reassured me that I wouldn’t be. Then told me my room number and gave me a key to go look at our “walk out” lake view room. While driving to look for our room, an unknown man pulls up beside me to tell me exactly where room #160 is at. As much as I appreciate his helpfulness, I do not appreciate a stranger knowing my room number & where it’s located before I do. (There’s a reason why you don’t say room numbers out loud at the front desk as guests check in and are typically written only on key cards for the guests safety) At that point I decided to go ahead and check out the room because it just had to get better than this! NOPE! The room had a bad smell, very dingy, dirty looking and very run down. Oh and there was no “walk out” to the lake. Only thing I’m walking out is the front door! So I went to the desk to give her back the key and explain my experience and it went downhill from there. She was rude and insulting. I’ll just leave it at that.

Against my will I had to give it a 1 star, but it wouldn’t let me submit it. We stayed one night and it was disgusting. Before we could even stay overnight we had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies, such as Lysol wipes and glade refreshers. There was No soap in the bathrooms, the furniture was either bought at the thrift store across the street from it or at a garage sale. Old and used. We had no heat, and one of our bedrooms had no lights so we called maintenance and he came to our room just to inform us, “oh, this room has no lights.” What the heck? What bedroom has no light? Carpet was disgusting. It was so dirty and nasty we could not walk on it without our feet being filthy. The blinds in our rooms would not close. Doors were dirty and disgusting. Had a window on front door with no curtain over it. After hour maintenance is unavailable. I don’t see how the fire Marshall’s could keep this place open. No fire extinguishers, the plugs were broken and didn’t work and if you have anyone in your family who is handicapped DO NOT GO HERE, it’s not handicap accessible. To get in the front door you had to try to step up a 3 ft hump. Broken glass in the carpet. Sorry, for the long review but this is the God’s honest truth, just saying do not waste your time or money at this place. We moved to a much better and nicer place, couldn’t get out fast enough.

Rooms clean and have everything you could need. Staff kind and helpful. We had a problem with our fridge and the staff responded promptly to fix it.Docks/boat slips were in great condition. Location was good too, across the street from a grocery store and gas station and
