“Old Navy is a clean and well-organized store with a wide selection of clothing, ensuring you can find what you need. However, one drawback is that the checkout line can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times. To enhance the overall shopping experience, I would recommend having more staff at the checkout area to expedite the process and make it even more convenient for shoppers.”

“I had a great shopping experience at his location. Went in to pick up an online order and found some more cute things. Ajla and Sandra both young girls, helped me out very profesional. No phones,no chitchating but polite and thankfull I came in. Great job, retail needs more employees like you.I visited the store 2 days later again. Had to return a few things from my online order and a lot of items I got at the store 2 nights ago. Sandra was working all by herself and again did she do an amazing job with all my returns. Unfortunately the register doesn't do scanning of barcods so she had to find every item on receipt by comparing barcode numbers. It took almost an hour to do all that. With a smile on her face she put in the effort to check multiple times, to make it right and find the items. All due respect Sandra, I aprishiate your patience and positive attitude and thank you again.”
