Alliant has been my bank for about 6 months I always have good personalizedservice from everyone I deal with thereDenise is always there when I call and Corey has clled me to let me know there was an attempted transaction on my account. Shelby has also given very good personlized service the branch manager should be very proud of the team there.

These losers allowed a crazy fraudulent $12,000 + charge to go through on our credit card the day after the charge was attempted. They never even called us to verify!! - and now are taking 10 days ! - to have it removed - and it took 4 days for them to get our new card to us. It's taken 4 calls - and untold time on hold - to get this far - meanwhile the fraudulent charge puts us at our limit and we have to use another card till they get around to fixing things. This is the second time they've messed up our account - previously we transferred $4,000 from our old bank account to the new one with Alliant - and it took several calls to get that properly credited. Every time I talk to someone, they "don't know why" things weren't handled properly. They claim on their endless hold messages that they are top-rated by Bankrate. Bankrate definitely needs to give them another hard look!

Terrible banking experience. PATSY (Alliant Bank in Kirksville, MO), is rude and talks over customers while they are explaining concerns. My husband and I opened a joint account in 2006. Alliant bank has since split our account into two different sign on and user names and our joint bill pay is only available under my husbands user name. It is not possible to link the bill pay to both. Spontaneously we get locked out of our accounts and it is a complete hassle to get a reset. Patsy accused my husband of changing his passcode so that I can not get to bill pay, and talked over me when i stressed my concern for her accusations. II manage all the finances in our home. THIS IS A JOINT ACCOUNT I CAN SEE ALSO FROM MY SEPARATE SIGN ON/USER NAME ALL ACTIVITY EXCEPT THE ACCESS TO BILL PAY FOR OUR BILLS. Patsy has very terrible customer service skills, this is not the first time she has been very rude and condescending on the phone and in person, she gives Alliant Bank a terrible reputation. I bank with 3 other banks and have never dealt with someone so rude or this bazaar JOINT account that has separate user names.
