Their lack of concern for their customers during this pandemic. Their neglect of letting their customers know the repercussions that could and will take place in the form of many, many, overdrafts that may be incurred as a result of one overdraft. Their arrogance and rudeness and discrimination concerning their preferences concerning who they will assist in an effort to get their clients back on track. they just do not care. they can and will tack on additional charges to the extent that they take entire paychecks plus part of their stimulus money too, despite the hardships created by the Covid 19 epidemic. You would think as a gesture of compassion during these trying times by not making an already disastrous situation a 100 times worse. But no, ultimately this bank is not about helping it's clients. They are just helping themselves.

Got charged 6 overdraft fees in one day, some Banks give you 24 hours to fix your negative balance, however this bank just seems to rack up as many overdraft fees as they can in very sneaky ways. DO NOT BANK HERE!! I will be closing my account immediately and going to bank somewhere else that doesn’t do things like this to their customers!!

they take advantage of people who have no money by charging them overdraft fees of 5 dollars a day and refuse to close an account unless it's paid.

I used to recommend Band Midwest, but The things they do to regular people tell us to go away or consider another bank. The fact you charged people $8 because they aren't depositing enough money each month. I've been with this bank for over 15 years. I have another bank account with another bank. I hate to leave but I probably will when my checks run out.
