We are glad to have local service to call when we're low, but we never are. The new delivery person this season asked for help finding the tank (it's way in the back behind shrubs). Happy to know this is a Missouri company.

I switched to Ferrell Gas for my propane needs a few years back. I have found the drivers to be professional and helpful with them showing up to fill my tank on a timely basis. Customer service has been responsive to my needs.
