While the phone plan wouldn’t work for me yet, I’m hopeful to be able to make the switch to T-mobile soon! If the phone service and Internet are half as good as the employees and their customer service, I’ll definitely be switching!”

“Used Sparklight over the course of three years or so. Service only ever had one outage that I could recall, and it was fixed quickly. Speeds were as advertised, costs were affordable for a semi-rural area. My only real complaint is that there was a hiccup with disconnecting my service where my disconnect request seemingly got lost in the mix and I got a few extra bills after the fact. Their customer service however was very quick to help me clear that up, and seemed very competent. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could be more exact.”
