Everyone was so helpful. They answered every question we had and went above and beyond for us during the process of purchasing our new truck! Brianna especially was extremely helpful and courteous! She made sure we had everything we needed while we were there and helped us every step of the way!

This is a mixed review for a used car purchase. On the one hand, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, knowledge, promptness, and friendliness of the staff, especially in sales, finance, and service departments.On the other hand, there were definitely issues with the vehicle that I desired to resolve but was not able. The Service Department went above and beyond in fixing a very expensive known issue with the particular make and model I purchased, gratis--they did not have to do that. They even came and picked up the vehicle in Columbia to continue diagnosing a separate problem. When it came to other significant issues revealed by my local mechanic, the service department was not open and forthright. After two attempts, the problem was not resolved. I am not saying they should have taken care these things prior to sale (although one could make that argument from a mechanic's opinion), but rather in good faith their technicians could have informed me of the obvious issues. After the sale, it left a sour taste in my mouth that I had to wrangle unsuccessfully for answers about the true nature of the problems with the car. Communication was difficult, and it felt as though the dealer was withholding known information.

I asked for wiper blades to be installed while I was there thinking I'd give the company a little extra business. Had I known (the clerk didn't bother telling me the price) that the wiper blades were marked up 100% I sure wouldn't of gotten them there. I'm a 60 year old lady that lives on disability so I hardly have enough to cover daily life expenses. After they had installed them they tell me the price including installing. They cost me $85.00 & 5 quarts of oil and a filter cost $89.00 that's insane. I could of bought 2 pair for $85.00. That's twice your company has priced gouged me. The other time was a $42.00 cabin air filter that cost $11.00 at car quest. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. You should tell the car owner how much of a rip off you're charging before you install almost $100.00 wiper blades. I sure would of told them no thank you. Now I get to figure out how to eat this coming week since I spent my groceries money on over priced wiper blades.

Overall this experience was not great for me. Yes, the salesperson was cool and did a good job having a conversation, but the waiting time where they make you sit there forever while they do who knows what was evident. I went in twice, the first time I was there for three hours, the second time I was there for a little over two for no other reason than them playing the sales game. I already had outside financing and I was sat down with someone who went straight into payments and how much I could afford. Then the business manager came over and showed me his financing offer and I let him know I had a much better one through the credit Union, which he literally told me was “impossible”. I did end up purchasing the car through credit Union financing, but that was strictly due to the fact that I live rurally and didn’t have another form of transportation. When I mentioned to the sales guy that I thought that their approach and comments were off putting and rude they said that they just “didn’t think I was serious”. It is very easy to take advantage of someone in need of a vehicle and especially a solo female. Still just a grimey experience overall and I only went here out of necessity and the fact that it was easy since they had a used car I was interested in. Wouldn’t shop here again unless I found myself in another unfortunate situation.

They worked fast to find a vehicle that fit my needs, and get me financed. Living in Kirksville without a vehicle (mine was totaled), and having two jobs is not easy. All the staff has been great to work with. I’m very happy with my purchase, and the service.

Overall good experience, however, would suggest better phone handling (got passed around a bit) Staff was friendly but communication between staff and therefore customer seems to need some attention. Was disappointed that the extra key fob did not work and that they didn't seem to know how to remedy the situation. Just told me I would have to go to a Honda dealer (closest one 100 miles away), to get it fixed or a get new one and then bring the bill to them. Didn't say they would pay the fuel to go down there and back. They did have a paint peal spot repaired which I appreciated.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Glad that you were open on Saturday and was able to diagnose and fix the problem that day, especially when you are 6 hours away from home. I hope I do not have to come back for repairs again, but if I do, I will not hesitate. Great Job from your team members!!

Much smoother purchase experience compared to my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership. KMC isn't terribly familiar with EVs (I purchased a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV), but hopefully that'll change as EVs become more commonplace.Thanks to Remy, my salesman, for helping me along!
