My husband is terminally ill and was released from the hospital for in home care. Doctors ordered a new wheelchair at my request and a hospital bed out of a real need. Unable to deliver the chair due to staffing and still waiting for the bed. Released from hospital 25 days ago and have only gotten excuses.

Nearly impossible to get hold of by phone to ask a simple question. Over all not go to deal with.
