Very efficient and Corey in the service department kept us informed of our car’s progress. The mechanic was excellent and we are very pleased! Will do business there in the future.

I'd like to take a few minutes and do some FREE advertising for Courtney Lovegreen and Lovegreen Ford! I've given Courtney a few weeks to reach out to me and apologize for the absolute worst business/dealership customer service I've ever dealt with before I decided to do some advertising for them! Courtney Lovegreen has had plenty of time to rethink the decision that was made on a vehicle I purchased from them. I purchased a truck from John Mccurren at Lovegreens. When I called John to ask him if the vehicle was still available, he told me yes, but it's in the shop getting an oil leak fixed, but I could still come look at it. So I went ahead and went to Lovegreens and looked at the vehicle. The vehicle was on the lift with the passenger side front tire off and some of the turbo applications. I told John Mccurren that I was very interested in the truck and told him to call me when the truck was fixed. I also put a $500 deposit to hold the truck until they got it fixed until I could drive it. I got the call from John Mccurren telling me the truck was fixed and ready to go. (Fast forward) I purchased the truck with the understanding that the oil leak was fixed and good to go. When I got the truck home, I realized that the truck was still leaking oil. I contacted John Mccurren and Corey Waddle about the leak, and they told me to bring it back, and they'd get new seals ordered and replace them again. After they replaced them the third time(they replaced them twice when it was in the shop the first time), Corey told me that one of the seals was rolled is why it was still leaking oil. I get the truck back again and realize the truck is still leaking oil after I get it home. I contacted John and Corey again and told them it was still leaking oil and I was going on vacation, and they could have the truck all week to get it fixed right. I get a call while on vacation from John saying I need to stop in and talk about the truck. They replaced the seals 4 different times, and it was still leaking oil! John proceeded to tell me that the reason it was leaking oil was because the turbo was going out of my truck, and it was going to cost me $1990 to fix it! REALLY? How in the world can a mechanic misdiagnose an oil leak 4 different times?? I was told the oil leak was fixed! I would have never purchased the vehicle knowing it was still leaking oil. Why am I responsible for paying for the repairs when it was supposed to be fixed before I purchased it? Is it my fault the mechanics misdiagnosed it? I asked John if I could talk to Courtney Lovegreen about it, but she was at lunch. I told him I'd like to set up an appointment with her to talk about the repairs. John called me a few hours later to tell me that Courtney Lovegreen would not meet with me because we would probably just end up getting into a fight about it! REALLY?(she never would talk to me). That just blew my mind....lol. I never raised my voice or anything toward John to make them think it would end up in a fight. John told me that he had to be the middle man between Courtney and I since she wouldn't talk to me! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! John told me that Courtney Lovegreen would offer me a 20 percent discount off retail price on my $1990 estimate, and that was all she was going to do......lol. Really? Basically, take it or leave it, she was done. I didn't know it was my responsibility to pay for your shops misdiagnosed oil leak that was supposed to be fixed before I purchased the vehicle. I own my own business and deal with a lot of people, and never in my life would i treat a customer like Courtney Lovegreen treated me!! Don't buy from Lovegreen Ford!

These guys are awesome!!! Had a bad experience with a different dealership in the area, decided to try Lovegreen. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Everyone at Lovegreen made it so easy and treated you as the most important customer they ever had. No high pressure sales tactics to sell you on a more expensive option, asked what we wanted and found it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable at getting exactly what we wanted. I will recommend everyone that has questions to try Lovegreen. My wife and I will definitely be back in the future to see Tim, Chris, and everyone at Lovegreen Ford for future vehicles!

Third wonderful experience with Lovegreen Ford. I will definitely remain a repeat customer and recommend them to everyone. Nate has taken the best care of us since we first met him. I know he has our best interest in mind and always honest and up front in helping us with our choices. Chris is always there to be sure we get the best deal and don’t have to spend all day going through paperwork. My experience with them will keep me coming back.

Easy car buying experience. Marsha contacted me with a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for and the whole process was smooth. The entire family loves the new car! Thank you!

The mechanic "listened" to the noise of my C- Max and said the transmission needed to be replaced. That's not happening! He may be right but to pay $125 for a quick listen seems high.

It was a great experience working with Marsha. She was willing to work with us and helped us explore our options and not overly "pushy"! Love that in a salesperson! Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful with the financing piece!

Car broke down on a Saturday, got it towed to lovegreens on Sunday and called them at 8 am on Monday and they said they would try their best to get it fixed that day. Got a call before noon the same day saying my car was done. They were quick to get it in and fixed. Awesome customer service

Had a check engine light I couldn't get a code for. They found 4 codes, explained what they were, and gave me 2 part numbers that should fix it.After installing them, no more light. The shop guy really knew his stuff, and made me feel at ease with a problem I haven't seen ever. I'm in my 60's, and never had a issue like this.I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants to be treated fair and get knowledgeable advice. Thanks for all your help Richard !!
