It provides quality and brand name footwear for the entire family, from toddlers to seniors, with a large selection of over 10,000 pairs of the latest styles. This includes athletic, running, casual shoes, boots, sandals and accessories from many favorite brands. The store is very pleasant, nice, clean, and organized. The sales staff is very friendly, customer oriented, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Employees provide awesome service, greeting customers at the door and taking time to assist them. The staff is also efficient at handling in-store purchases, checking prices, and placing online orders, which arrive very fast. Customers report being well taken care of from the moment they step through the door until they leave, new shoes in hand. Many customers will definitely go back and shop there again. Shoes can also be purchased online and shipped home or picked up at any of their 240+ locations.
There's always room more improvement. The service was excellent even when employee was working by her self.
