The wait want near as long as I thought it would be when we walked in and we got lucky with Kendrick. He was VERY helpful and had a great personal trying to help two tecky challenged old folks. Went in to get a better phone for my husband. He had an I-Phone 7 and was resisting the upgrade but did d concede to a 15. Kendrick got him
all set up and then suggested I trade in my 11 for an upgrade! He then went through the whole process again with me and we both walked out with nice new phones with incredible help to get us there! I just had a GREAT experience with Amar. The first gentleman who helped me gave me some wrong information and passed me off (he was supposed to be off the clock) but I'm glad he did! Amar listened, didn't try to oversell me and even found an extraneous charge on my account (duplicate insurance) I didn't need! He fulfilled my other request and did it efficiently. If you go in, ask for Amar! (And AT&T, he deserves a raise!)
