Worst customer service I've ever experienced from any retailer. The representative named "Nay" flat out lies to customers in order to sell a phone and purposely withheld information after asking multiple times if the finalized price was the final price. Her and the manager at this location refused to take any accountability. This "Nay" person was rude, combative and completely unprofessional. Switching to Verizon next week.

The customer service at this AT&T Authorized Retailer is terrible. They don't even properly activate your devices and try to do the least work possible.

I went into the store after I got off work, around 5:30 pm. I upgraded my phone more than 30 days ago and was never given any return labels to trade in my old phone so I thought I would just take it into the store. HORRIBLE customer service. The store staff, named Nay, seldomly looked up from her phone to talk to me. They remained sitting in the chair, again continuing to stare at their phone. They asked what I needed so I proceeded to tell them. They said there was no way they would accept it back being over 30 days. I asked if they could look it up since it was on the verge of that time period, after 5-10 minutes of them saying they would not trade it in. They asked for my license. I had difficulty getting it out of my protector case. They said they needed it because they had to scan it, but very rudely said. I was told that they would not take it back, it had been past 30 days. Although that was not the news I wanted to hear and was given really poor communication on trading it in after getting in the mail, it was the horrible customer service I received that will never take me back to that store again.

Zero stars. I will spare the details of numerous ways this store royally screwed up when selling me a "free" phone that turned out not to be free. Employees are rude, LAZY and don't follow through. Store manager (Gabby) and assistant manager (Malcolm) made promises they didn't keep for mistakes that they admitted THEY made. Cannot stress enough what a horrible experience I had with the employees at this store.

Thank you Eric. My phone was stuck in SOS mode. We tried every trick on the internet to fix. IT friends tried to fix. Went to this store right before closing and Eric got it working in 10 minutes using virtual SIMS card. Yay!
