As you can see no stars... if it could be negative on it, it would be! The male manager was as obnoxious as he was large! Never buy an IPhone outright from them because you will not be able to choose to leave them and go to another company! They will lock the phone that you "own" and have paid them $900 upfront with " no contracts" and tell you they will keep your phone locked for 6 months and you can't do anything about it! Then tell you to leave the store and never return! Same was done at South County, at Rusty Rd. by Costco, with salesman Matt. Never expect to buy a product from them and believe that you actually own it and have the ability to choose what company you prefer to do business with. This should be illegal for your salesman to do to the people that make your business what it is! Pathetic is all that comes to mind! please people if you ever need a phone and have the money to buy it, GO TO APPLE!!!!

I had the pleasure of completing a upgrade on my device with Lance at the Kirkwood store. He was amazing! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. He informed me of all of my options, was patient with my indecisiveness, and very friendly. I will definitely be back to the Kirkwood store & highly recommend Lance!

We happened to catch a Saturday timeslot when they were not terribly busy at this location. We only had a short wait until Lance became available to help us. Lance was so patient and thorough as we upgraded 3 phones on our plan and got everything transferred to our new phones. We had a great experience!

Colin and Sean were GREAT! I had some service issues with my phone not only were they able to provide an upgrade. The transition from my old device to new device was easy peasy with these true professionals.These guys were awesome!

So no staff? I’m in tears laughing! I understand staffing two for labor costs. Yet a staff member not in sight for over 40 minutes is alarming.

My experience at a t and t was Terrible,very troubling, and heartbreaking.I am legally blind, With two imputations ,I walked in to AT&T with my service dog to see about getting a new phone upgrade.The manager immediately told me to get out the store with my dog.I told the manager that is a service dog. I have my papers and my dog had a vest on and tags.Then the manager made an excuse and see that he has allergies and that he is allergic to dogs.And I told him I am still not leaving.Bad experience all around didn't even get apologized to.They really need training on how to assist people with disabilities.I have enough to deal with with my everyday problems of being disabled. I don't need to be judged when I walk into a store.On how disabled I am.

Sean helped me review my account and lowered my bill for phone, internet and tv compared to what I was paying separately. He took the time to help me understand what I had and what I was needed. He was very patient and explained everything so I could understand. He gave me notes with what changed and what homework I had to do. It was a great experience. Lowered my household bill by $200 a month!
