I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Audi Kirkwood and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from Jasmin who went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car to fit my needs and budget.Jasmin was incredibly knowledgeable about the Audi lineup, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. He took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the various options available. There was absolutely no pressure to upsell or rush into a decision, which I greatly appreciated.Once I had chosen my dream car, the financing process was seamless. The finance manager explained everything thoroughly and helped me secure an excellent rate. I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process, thanks to their transparency and expertise.Overall, I cannot recommend this Audi location highly enough. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their operation. If you're in the market for a new Audi, look no further than Audi Kirkwood. I recently had a disappointing experience at Audi Exchange Kirkwood. I reached out to inquire about leasing a vehicle and submitted an offer that was in-line with current manufacturer offers and incentives. However, my offer was outright rejected without any attempt at negotiation or discussion.The general sales manager I was dealing with seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the start. Instead of trying to find a solution or accommodate my needs, he simply brushed off my inquiries, stating that certain options I requested were not possible. It felt like every request I made was met with a response about something being impossible.It was interesting to encounter such a lack of flexibility and willingness to work with a potential customer. The manager's demeanor suggested a reluctance to sell a car or even engage in basic customer service.Fortunately, I decided to reach out to another Audi dealer, where I received prompt and courteous assistance. Within no time, I was able to close a deal without any unnecessary back-and-forth or encountering impossible scenarios.Overall, my experience at Audi Exchange Kirkwood left much to be desired. I would recommend potential customers to explore other options where their needs are met with a more accommodating and customer-focused approach.Update:It is surprising to me that assumptions were made about tax laws and my intentions as a potential customer! My inquiry was driven by a desire to understand all possible options for structuring the lease.Additionally, I must express my disappointment with the lack of effort and initiative displayed during our interactions. The unwillingness to negotiate or explore alternatives left me feeling as though my business was not valued. It appeared as though your dealership was taking a lazy approach to customer service.Regarding honesty and transparency, while I acknowledge your commitment to these principles, my review was based on my personal experience and perception of the situation. It is important to note that in my experience, your dealership did not honor market pricing and manufacturer incentives.I appreciate your encouragement for readers to review other customer experiences and form their own conclusions. It's important for potential customers to consider a range of perspectives when making decisions about where to do business.

Scott was a smooth and very experienced salesman. He made the whole process enjoyable and even ended up saving me from a higher interest rate with my personal bank. He was also very quick to respond to any and all questions I had throughout the process. The finance guy was exceptionally quick as well. I chose this lot out of several do to the previous ratings on various sites and I'm glad I did.

Recently, I encountered every driver's nightmare, a blown tire during a rainy evening on a bustling highway. Although, as we all know, the nightmare isn't changing the spare but in finding help and service quickly after the fact. After a series of unkind/impersonal interactions and unsuccessful calls to other service departments/tire companies, I reached out to the service department at Audi of Kirkwood. What transpired, in the light of competing companies, was an experience so caring and professional that it compels me to write this review.The first voice of reassurance came from Tammy. Her approach on the call was not just professional, but incredibly empathetic. Her calm and caring voice was coupled with patience, acknowledging my predicament without any rush, a rare quality that transformed an unappointed service call into my desire to write this.Following Tammy's thoughtful engagement, the service department's response and call back was prompt and thorough. Arman, my service advisor, called back, having diligently assessed how they could assist me, and assured me of their commitment to address my needs to the fullest. When I arrived Arman embodied the same patience and attentiveness that he and Tammy initially extended on the phone - warm and caring. Throughout the repair process, Arman kept me updated regularly, and even checked in with my children to ensure they were comfortable.This experience transcends the conventional customer service encountered today. It was not just about meeting a customer's needs, but about recognizing and responding with a human undertone. The empathy and professionalism displayed by Tammy and Arman have profoundly impacted my perception of Audi, most specifically at this location. Their approach exemplifies a culture that values human connection as much as technical efficiency.To Audi and other businesses, this is a model to aspire to. It's a clear demonstration that true service excellence lies in treating customers with genuine care and respect. Audi (in Kirkwood) has combined exceptional customer service with a quality vehicle, creating an all-encompassing package that solidifies my loyalty. Thanks to Tammy, Arman, and the entire team, Audi has not just retained a loyal customer but has earned my respect and gratitude. Their comprehensive approach to quality in both product and service ensures that I will continue to choose and recommend Audi for future vehicle purchases.
