Went to AutoZone at this location today to get my engine light checked. Edin D. immediately assisted me and explained to me what the issues were. He then walked me back to the shop and suggested a few replacement parts to resolve the issues. I’m very grateful to have met Edin D. and I will definitely be back at this location in the future.

My name is michael today i was under a little distressMy truck break lights won't shut off! I go inside of AutoZone one of service men named John assist me to my truck I mentioned it to John my brake light won't shut off I showed him the area of the problem I was having. And John was able to fix my brake lights on my truck so I'm writing this so when people read this John save my life from the bottom of my heart I thank John for fixing my problem that could have cost me a healthy Penny if I took it to the shop. Doing these holidays? . There are people out here that really cares about helping people thank you so much once again my dear friend John that works in AutoZoneAlways Michael Superman ❤?

Edin D. provided PHENOMENAL customer service. I ran in to auto zone needing windshield wipers (of course I wait until it’s already raining to get new ones ?♀️) He looked up the wipers I needed and installed them for me in the rain!! He was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service can be hard to come by these days, but you’ll definitely find it here. I will definitely be back for my other car needs.

Wow! Never have I had better customer service anywhere! Edin D. took my call, then once I arrived he helped me navigate the store and complete my purchase. He even installed the part quickly on the spot. I live closer to a different Auto Zone but I will be back to Kirkwood! Thanks again Edin D. for the fantastic service and making my experience pleasurable.

Best AutoZone I’ve ever been to in all the States I’ve lived. Worked with Edin D. On my headlights. He helped me with picking the appropriate lights and install. He then noticed my battery had a lot of acid build up and helped me clean it just to help and make sure it was done safely. Service goes a long way and Edin exceeded any and all expectations. I have an AutoZone and block away from my house and I will go out of my way to come back here because of his customer service.

Edin, the floor sales manager, checked me out and then went above and beyond to install my new blinkers. The bolts to get into the light were extremely tight, but he went back in three more times to get bigger tools. Beyond helpful and kind. I will be back!

Edin was open and friendly in offering his assistance, going above and beyond to advise myself and some friends through an air conditioning issue. He instructed us how to check if the AC loop was receiving a current, how to check and add Freon, and then helped track down an AC starter fuse in the city after verifying that were not any in stock at this location. Thank you so much for your help Edin, you helped us out tremendously!

ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE AND INCOMPETENCEAugust 14, 2023 -
On June 20, 2023, I reluctantly went to the store to replace a bad car battery that was under warranty. The clerk installed the battery backwards. The terminals are different sizes so he forced on one, damaging the terminal. When he connected the second terminal, it resulted in an a loud pop and electrical arc. I had to instruct him on the correct orientation of the battery.After returning the battery to the proper position, the negative terminal no longer fit properly because was forced on in the first attempt. He began to connect and tighten the positive terminal with a ratchet and he touched the ratchet to the vehicle, causing it to weld to the car. As the car began frying, I used one of his tools to break it loose.I had hopes the supervisor's involvement might salvage the situation but the supervisor grabbed a battery terminal spacer from the store that was too big. He cut it in half to make up the gap. After the terminals were connected, I started the car but part of the dash was out and there was no radio display.While this was going on, an employee out of uniform pulled up and began making smart comments. I advised him that this was not the time. He was very unprofessional making comments about the first clerk. I told him it was uncalled for. He claimed it was oaky because he was his room mate.
The same guy entered my car and began poking around for the fuse box. He found a blown fuses and replaced it. The missing dash lights and radio began working.By now, it was passed closing time and the entire ordeal had attracted an audience of 4-5 employees. The supervisor gave me the name and contact number for the Regional Manager, David Eldridge.
As I left the store, I found that the AC was not working, a direct fallout of their ineptitude.I then tried to navigate the bureaucratic nightmare of their management regional hierarchy.
The next day I called David but he as on vacation. I called the regional office on July 22nd, and was directed to contact Lewis Albert. I talked to Lewis and sent photos via text. I waited another 4 days and on June 26th, Lewis finally returned my message and he said he shared the info with David. 8 days later, on July 6th, I sent a text to Lewis Albert explaining that I still had not heard back from David Eldridge.In the meantime, A local repair shop replaced the battery terminal and found another blown fuse for the AC. The total bill was $148.88.Finally, on August 2nd, David called me and I explained everything. He asked me to contact Jason Kossuth, the store manager about refunding the $148.88 for the repairs on the car. He said Jason could refund up to $500 from the store register.I called Jason several times to process the refund. He was never available.
I stopped by the store, and he was never there. I called the store on August 10th. A clerk stated Jason was there but out on a delivery. I drove to the store at 1:40 pm. Two clerks stated he was on a delivery and was due back by 2:00 p.m. He never retuned. I waited until 2:45 and left.Today, August 14th, I called the store again to ask for Jason. Once again, he was not there. I explained to the clerk on the phone that I had tried several time to reach him by phone and had recently waited for him at the store from a delivery but he never returned. The clerk just laughed and said "Not surprised."
I asked for another manager and he asked me to hold.Rachel answered. She said was the Assistant Store Manager. She was very rude, eating and chewing, on the phone. I explained that David Eldridge asked me to contact Jason for the refund. She rudely exclaimed "Nah, we don't do that". Frustrate, I said I would contact David again.She said "Now wait, don't hang up, I'll call Jason.
She hung up on me putting me on hold. I called back and she said talked to Jason but they could only refund $140. I explained that the invoice was for $148.88. She said "No, we aint doin' that."55 days. Still no resolution.
