Closes for lunch. Very inconvenient. I wait 10 minutes. When it reopens I can’t check out my other items so have to go up to the front to do that. That upsets me. Pharmacist mocks me for being upset with man behind me. Bring back mom and pop pharmacies.

Scheduled for a covid vaccine on the app, the app said that co-pays and uninsured vaccines were covered by a program. When I showed up, they told me the program ended and wanted me to pay. Why would CVS lie to their customers only to make them look dumb?

Switched from walgreens to cvs and it was a decision I should have made years ago! They are fast and almost always friendly. I wish they had longer hours. But they are much better than walgreens down the street!

This location doesn't open until 9am? I am not talking about the pharmacy. The entire store doesn't open until 9am. I went to get ibuprofen for a sick kid before work and was shocked to see at 7:10am that they were not open. This location is chronically understaffed, and I have rarely had anyone at the checkout. I have always just assumed when I go in that I am on my own and will be using self checkout. Apparently now they can't even hire someone to unlock the door. Convenience store with bank hours is an interesting business model. I own a small business and fully understand the labor shortage. Tip of the day: Don't buy the most expensive lot in town if you can't afford to staff the business.

They are busy I get that but they hold my dads medicine and kept telling us they have nothing for him. The doctor kept calling again and again. They said we are busy to the doctor. They should have early told us that won't entertain our order. So we could have given doctor another pharmacy number.

Every time I have needed help in this CVS store, I have gotten it.I am a convert from the OTHER drug store in our area. I love the coupons and the people who work at this CVS

Wow! This is one of the nicest CVS's I have ever been in. It was super clean and the lay-out was different and had a very easy flow for shopping and finding your needs.Best of all, it's open 24 hours and the staff is polite and friendly. That's a double win.

The pharmacists and techs working here are doing probably double-triple their normal volume of work, often while clearly understaffed. Considering the constraints of limited medicine supply, increased prescriptions to fill, and limited staff- they are doing a great job. I've always been treated well and in a timely fashion. I think the regular store staff have always been friendly as well. These people are essential workers bearing the brunt of an unprecedented wave of illness and patient needs. They are working hard and doing so with grace. Thank you!

This CVS has the most rude pharmacy employees I have ever encountered in my 63 years. This group could be very harmful to the customer. If the pharmacist giving me the ages of 20 and 30 year olds who work for him is the first thing out of his mouth and the excuse again of stress and not enough employees to fill position as an excuse for their rudeness and ignorance please beware . Stay away from this store

Called to check on a prescription my Dr sent in yesterday and they can’t find the e-prescription that was sent it. The tech hung up on me without letting me explain I had a copy in my possession. Very very unhelpful.

For the moment at least, this CVS is open 24 hours and that's awesome. I managed to - again - run out of contact lens fluid. Into this store to find the samples and travel area but there was none stocked there. The eye care aisle had them, priced a little high but in stock. I paid for it and was on my way a few minutes later. Overall, a positive shop. [Review 17264 overall - 166 in Missouri - 782 of 2022.]

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!! My husband went to get cough syrup for me late at night and their wasn’t an associate in sight. He then proceeds to go through the self checkout and is charged for several expensive items that had been on the screen prior to him getting there. I’m assuming someone scanned the items to look like they are checking out( because nobody is there watching them) and just took them without paying because the door is only 10 feet to the left. My husband just scans the cough syrup and sticks his card in to pay without looking. He gets home we see the receipt he grabbed and it says 96$!!!!! We assume he just grabbed the last person’s receipt and that’s that. He sees this morning that 96$ was taken out of the account so he immediately goes back with the receipt and the product to get a refund and tell them to check the cameras. They conveniently had their cameras down for maintenance they claim the night before and refuse a refund! So if your security cameras are down why don’t you have an associate at the front of the building watching things? They are incompetent to say the least and thrives.

Went into the CVS yesterday for the first time. Was greeted by a Senior level person named Michael. Very professional, listened, recommended. Made me feel like it was a small Community Pharmacy and not a larger company.
