This location has the nicest, friendliest, most helpful pharmacy staff. They have helped me resolve various issues and have followed up when they said they would.
The store is always clean and well stocked. It's never crowded despite being at a busy intersection.

They tried to charge me for medicine that was covered by my insurance. After multiple calls they admitted that it was a problem on their end but told me that I would have to come back the next day. Staff was rude and not helpful

Travel companion and I both received same prescriptions at the same time to our CVS stores in different states and prices without insurance was over 100% more at my CVS in Kirkwood, Mo ( no reasonable explanation given )

Difficult experience obtaining glucose testing kit for my wife who has gestational diabetes. We’ve waited nearly a month for the prescription to be filled. Upon arrival for pickup, the test strips were not ready and had not been ordered. The representative helping us was rude and argumentative. We finally discovered that we could purchase the strips over the counter after a long and frustrating interaction.
Do not order any prescriptions here as the staff is difficult and does not do what they say they will.

If you are looking to get COVID testing at this or any minute clinic STAY AWAY! they are processing tests very slowly. I was told I would have my results in two days but it has now been 7. I have called multiple times because I now am facing consequences at work, and each time they say I will have results 24 hours. lies. I have had friends get tested elsewhere and have gotten their results faster. Don't go here!

I just returned from a trip to this CVS where I wanted to exchange a package of Crystal Light "Raspberry Lemonade" I had purchased not 24 hours earlier for a package of Crystal Light "Lemonade". I had the original receipt and the bag full of items I had purchased yesterday. For what should have been a very simple switch-out (identical product - different flavor), I had to use my debit card all over again to take that item off the old receipt. Then the clerk informed me because I had bought the original purchase with a coupon I would have to pay over $2.00 extra (the full price of the product) to make the exchange. When I got angry and demanded to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. After telling me that CVS had changed their return policy 2 months ago, I said sarcastically I never received notification that CVS had changed their stupid policy. As I got louder and angrier, he eventually offered to credit my debit card for the difference. BUT I seriously doubt he would have made that offer if I hadn't vehemently objected to this SCAM. Also there were a few people in line witnessing this whole heated exchange. I will never ever shop at this or any other CVS pharmacy ever again. They made a very simple process into a major inconvenience for absolutely NO reason. That is abominable customer relations. I hope a senior executive at CVS reads this review and instructs their retail staff to treat customers as if they wanted repeat business instead of alienating us forever over the exchange of an IDENTICAL item!
