Son was shopping for a used car and we found one here and from the moment we talked to the salesman Alex until he drove off the lot with the car it was a good experience. Alex was very helpful and extremely informative on vehicle records and the financing process. Garrett the finance loan officer is extremely good at his job helping son secure financing. This is a long established business and if your in need of a car they have available I recommend you give them a try.

Gabrielle and grant are superstars l! So incredibly helpful accommodating and super nice. Definitely went well above and beyond to put my fiance and I in the trucks we wanted and amazing deals! Would absolutely recommend coming here to get any vehicle. My credit sucked and they still got me in a 30k truck. U guys rock and I super appreciate everything you have done for us!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. My family went into this dealership wanting a car. When they seen one they wanted, the dealer told them they shouldn't buy that specific car. The dealer kept leaving them as they were trying to purchase this car. the dealer called us rude and now refuses to awnser the phone. In fact, their was no way to sound “rude” when she wasn't even there over half the time we were trying to get the car. When you have a customer who is not satisfied, you are gonna do what it takes to get what you purchased. Not only are we dealing with very poor service, they told us it passed inspection. It in fact should have not passed or been sold in that condition. The hood was not bolted on it was put on with putty. the hood could of flown off the car and seriously injured someone. This place has been the worst experience ever since we walked in the door. Not to mention the fact that we did not receive the car till a week after the purchase and we purchased a warranty that already started when they held the car from us. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! They are getting paid to make customers satisfied no matter how irritated a customer gets, especially when it is their fault.

I had so many issues with the Volkswagen dealership I use to always take my car too. I was about to give up on Volkswagen and Anthony Sayer took care of my issues with my car and ensured I had a rental so I did not miss work. Words cannot describe how blessed and thankful I am to have found you all. My car will not go back to any other Volkswagen dealership than this one right here! Great job Anothony and team! Wonderful customer service like yours does not go unnoticed! He went out of his way to get extra quotes for my needs and ensure my car had a full inspection since the last dealership was not doing what was needed.

The people who helped me get my oil change were very friendly and straightforward - as a woman sometimes I feel like car dealerships will try to take advantage and charge for unnecessary things. This was not the case at all. I came for an oil change and that’s what I got!

Tom in Service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and timely with his communications. He offered a loaner without me even having to ask. Given previous poor experiences with Ballwin Dean Team, this was a welcome surprise.

Absolutely horrid professionalism in this place. Looking for a new car after I was hit and rolled and totaled my previous car, I came in looking for help. Was completely blew off, once I was met by someone I was put in a wild goose chase for hours until I decided on "the most reliable and affordable option for me" I drove the car for a week and started billowing smoke. It's been in there for 4 months now. Arron is the head mechanic and the reason your Service department calls are not being answered half the time. And Brandi is the only sales person I would advise not to offer business to. I'm laughing writing this because I've gone through every other emotion u can think of except laugh. Pathetic

My experience started off fine. I was given a quote for a payment that I was happy with. Then, Brandy, the sales rep, told me she wrote the wrong number and my payment would be $20 more a month. I said okay, though I was bothered and felt she should have honored the initial price we both agreed to.Additionally, I found Grant in finance to be condescending and pushy. He practically forced me to agree to adding the extra scratch and ding coverage.This series of events ended up making my monthly payment $75 more than originally agreed upon. I also felt he was rushing me to make a choice without giving me the full scope of what was covered with the additional insurance. He said “practically everything” which is not helpful. I would have appreciated Brandy to be more transparent upfront that the price she quoted me did not include additional coverage.Not only that, but the flash drive Grant gave me that was supposed to have my paperwork did not have anything on it. I reached out to Brandy the same day I signed my lease asking how to get ahold of him and she said “he should be free shortly” but he never got in touch with me, nor did I ever learn how to get in touch with him.Finally, when I went to drop off my title and extra key for the car I traded in, I walked in and no one greeted me. I said hello to the man behind the counter to which I got a blank stare in response. I explained what I was there to do and he just said I’ll take care of it in a gruff voice.Overall I got weird vibes from the whole experience. I feel the staff was dishonest with me through the sales process and rushed to get through with me. I would not recommend the dealership after this experience.

This is the only place I will ever buy a car. They went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone there was amazing. Edi helped us this time…this is my 4th time buying a car from here. Truly amazing! He found exactly what I was looking for and worked some magic to make sure I got it! I think we actually spoke with every employee there…such a welcoming atmosphere and great experience!

Can’t say enough good things about Dean Team Volkswagen of Kirkwood. All the credit belongs to Brandy Peters. She made our Tiguan purchase the best car buying experience my wife or I have ever had. Very polite, respectful and no nonsense. She was clear in her explanations, both about the car and the car buying experience. Worked with us to get the trade in allowance we wanted for a our vehicles as well as a fair price for the Tiguan.

Alex Pearse was very personable and knowledgeable. I originally spoke with him on phone to ask a few questions and he never made me feel rushed. He was able to find what I wanted when the other dean team location told me it wasn't available.

This place treated us really nice, gave us a great deal, and had a lot to choose from within our price range. Very reasonable and willing to help us get into a vehicle that fits our needs. I went here today to trade in my car and get a pickup truck from their inventory as soon as I walked in it was a inviting atmosphere and the entire staff friendly and helpful they gave me a good deal on my trade-in I didn't have to haggle to get a good price for it and the truck that I got today was in great condition and running well I would highly recommend this dealership to others

I didn't feel that I was being listened to. I brought my car in after my water pump decided it no longer wanted to work and I was given a loaner that process was relatively painless other than it was a remarkably expensive repair. But almost immediately I smelled gasoline in my car I just assumed it first that it was the mechanic it had gasoline on his clothes and had gotten a seat you know. The smell became stronger and I called to have it rechecked convinced that there was a really big problem. I came in for that scheduled appointment and no loaner vehicle was ready as was I was promised. And he felt that I should have just gotten a rental vehicle but since I had just had that repaired there and it was a large amount and it was to have it checked for a problem that was caused from my repairs And the worst part of that was that the person that I talked to made me feel as if I wasn't smelling anything that there wasn't a problem and the additional appointment would not have been made if I had not insisted on it.Additional appointment was scheduled for 4 days later. And at that moment they didn't till they had a loaner then either but then found one for me. I had a fuel line connection that had to be replaced due to the repairs that were done previously somebody had not fixed it correctly. I never got an apology I never got anything. This was a real fire risk and the fact that I was in a vehicle that was not safe is very concernable. I do not believe that I had unreasonable expectations I just wanted my vehicle safe. And the fact that this fuel line problem was caused by their staff. Neither time that my car was in the shop because I had a carrier on top was it even rinsed off. I was from out of town and there wasn't another option. It's one of the reasons I don't like going to any dealership is that general feeling that as a woman I don't know what I'm talking about. Over $2,100 later.
