Most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store I have ever experienced. Shop there all the time and have been doing so for years. I can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Contrast that to big box stores where you can get your daily walking requirement in before you find what you need or before you can talk to an employee. And most big box employees are not very knowledgeable.

Very helpful in letting me know which supplies I needed to do a project myself and even gave some tips on how to do it and what not to buy. I’ve not had this level of service at any other hardware store.

Wonderful small hardware store that has pretty much what you need in household goods, tools, lawn care items, lawn mower repairs, nails etc.. and more. Dont go to Lowe’s or Home depot to waste time walking through aisles looking for items and getting no help. Visit this store first- get quick professional knowledgeable service and get on with your day. Plenty of close parking across the street. Highly recommend.

The best service. If they don't have it I don't need it. Always support first they are an important part of our thriving downtown! They also fix household things in the back, I had lamps rewired there. A great resource for the city in general!

Nice hometown hardware store! Good stock of small parts, tools, and things to keep your home in good shape. Also, screen repair, window glass cutting, key cutting, and helpful advice! Shop small!

Fantastic service. Did not get the ladies name but I came in needing some help making my girlfriend feel safer in her home with her old school lock. Had me taken care of in under 5 minutes and said to come back if any issues. Will be coming back here for all hardware needs from now on. Lowes and Home Depot cant compete.

Another great small business in Kirkwood. I always go here if I need help with anything. They will find screws, nails whatever you need. It is very convenient and not overly priced. My favorite place for hardware items. I highly recommend.
