These itm machines are worthless. You can not use them to get needed change for your business. If you run a retail business do not use this bank it will be a source of frustration. First bank is going to these in a lot of places and I am about to drop them. Banking is a business involving money and transactions should be done face to face.

I deposited $1000 cash on a Monday. Mind you, cash. I called the following day to ask why my cash hadn't been credited to my account yet. I was assured by 3pm it would be. It's Thursday. Still no credit. iT WAS CASH!!! I HATE this place. I've had nothing but lies and terrible vibes here. I'll be closing my account.

One of the staff members, Sarah-Jane Herman was one of the coldest people I have ever dealt with. Very disappointing service.
