When I see people having bad luck, I do feel sorry. But what it is, is that it takes a lot of training to do the job properly. It is a nice place to work for. I heard that if it comes to playing classical music, that the pickup is sometimes pretty weak. But if anyone wants to work for this place but cannot drive, or if you want to come in but cannot drive, there is MetroBus route number 57 and Metro Call-a-Ride.

The first time I went, the hairstylist rushed and cut the layers and bangs unevenly. I went back to fix it, and now it’s even and professional-looking at least, but not really the style that I wanted. Probably don’t go here for anything more than a simple un-styled cut.Service: Haircut

I needed a haircut real bad. So I went to the closest greatclips with the shortest wait. I had checked in at a different location close to chicken out where I had lunch. By the time I was done eating, the wait time increased. Still got my haircut, at a different greatclips!

There is a very rude individual with long braids that works there. About 3-4 cuts before I have received a military style cut when I asked for a number 2 on the sides and some length on top. I was always polite and gave her a $5 tip EVERYTIME. Now today I say something about the cut being too short and she kicked me out of the shop and said not to come back. She even told me to stop making faces because I am on the spectrum and make grimaces sometimes when I’m uneasy.Services: Haircut

On FR June 24, I used the Great Clips app and set up my appt as usual. The app said the store closes at 5pm. My appt was set for 4:30. I walk up to the door and it is locked. As I waited outside the door, the employee told me the store is closing at 4:30 today instead of 5pm. Dear manager, please either fix your website and app for the correct time you are closing OR have your employees cut my hair when I made an appointment.

Happened upon this location as I was looking for a pedicure spot. The ladies were friendly and I got into a chair in under five minutes. My stylist was great!

What a JOKE! I suppose I will never learn. I had gone to this location before because it's convenient. My haircut then was horrible! But, hope springs eternal. After almost a year, I went back hoping for better. NOPE! I said I didn't want my hair cut too short -- no Marine cut. Arial put me in the chair and began flying. She cut like it was a race and like there were 20 people waiting (no one else in the place). I finally pointed out she was taking off too much. Then she said she would stop. Dandy...now the sides are razor close and the top barely touched. The WORST I've ever had. Finally, she takes off the cape. No blow dry or even combing until I point it out. So, the cape went back on and she begrudingly "finished." It looked asinine. I still had to comb my own hair just to get out. She saw I wasn't happy so said she wasn't going to charge me. OK...but I had to go elsewhere and spend $30 to get it fixed. Well, TWICE burned, NEVER AGAIN!!!! There is clearly NO training and NO management here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I go into Great Clips and they already have my preferences locked in. But the personal touch they give every time makes the total cost worth it.
