Great Harvest Bread Co. in Kirkwood is a locally owned, community-focused bakery. It is a neat spot in busy downtown, known for its excellent and fresh breads and goodies, as they mill their own whole wheat on site. The food is amazing, including a classic breakfast, soup, and legendary goodies. The service is excellent and incredible, with very nice employees who make customers feel special. It is a great spot for breakfast or lunch, though some wish for more coffee choices. Customers enjoy the variety and definitely plan to return.
They have many different kinds of bread for sale. They also have pastries and sandwiches. They have a BLTA ( avocado) which is very good. I like the music and the staff is very friendly

Best bread anywhere, only natural ingredients, nothing processed, just homemade goodness. Their honey wheat, farmhouse white, and cinnamon chip bread are my favorites. Haven't tried the rolls or whole wheat but I imagine they are just as good.
